Who is this calling on my cell phone and not leaving a message?

The person calling from this number left me a real nasty voicemail talking about I am in serious trouble, that he is from an investigative department and that I need to call him back. I called him back, he tried to tell me that I was default on a cash advance(Ive never taken out a cash advance) and that I needed to pay $850.00 to make the problem go away or I need hire an attorney...dude had all my information, for real. He was rude, didnt tell me where he was callin from, what company he worked for...He has been calling me from all different numbers, called 23 in one day leaving threatening messages...I reported it to the police, they are investigating, they say it is a scam.....

They call and don't leave a message!
