Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering machine. I don't know if there is some law or something but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!
Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA

Yes, I have the same questions.  This number is also calling me. I believe businesses have found a way to bypass making business calls by going through other companies.  It funny how they know how to go under the radar and break the law.

The constantly call me and ask for someone else. I have told them several times NOT to call, but they are evidently too STUPID to understand the English language!!!!!

This number called me over ten times today and did not leave a message to identify themselves. They called my cell phone since I don't have a home phone. No name showed up and I don't answer phone numbers that I don't know. Does anyone have a clue who this is?

This number calls us on the average of 16 times a day.  This is Chase Bank Customer Service.  They also call our cell phones as well.  We have placed our numbers on the "Do Not Call" list.  Nothing works!  They still call!

Tell them there is no one there by that name and they are calling a cell phone. They try to go through some spiel about how that number is registered to the person they are calling and "you should look into that. It doesn't come up as a cell phone." whatever. Just tell them to go to hell and treat them the way Chase does to us when they took over WaMu accounts. A holes will never see a dime out of me!

Call came to Kansas from Maryland at 16:12 hours on 9-9-09. Call not answered and no message left. Other sites reportr this as a credit card scam

I have been getting calls from this same number all day several times a day. They do not leave messages but call to be an  annoying pain in the A!

This is shame how crooked Chase bank have become, they are using a Doctors caller ID to make calls how low will institution we the tax payers just lend billions of dollars.

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sick of this crap!  35 calls in ONE single day and the last call is made around 10 pm.   Absolutely annoying.  I have set my ringer to an alarm to help me not answer these phone calls.  These people are horrific.  I have to get up at 4 am every morning.  I receive a call when I go to bed around 10 and also on my way into work at 6 am!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC. Do they have nothing else to do but redial my home AND cell phone numbers 23 out of 24 hours a day????????????? Unbelievable!

Chase is doing the same thing to me after I specifically told them to STOP CALLING.  I finally went to Verizon Wireless.com and added a call blocking / nuisance feature on the 301-620-8006 so now they no longer come through.  I blocked the last number they were calling from in the same way.  They need to realize they can call forever non stop and it won't get them their money any faster.

I don't even have a Chase account.  Whoever owned my number (I've had it for a year), apparently did.  They WILL NOT leave me alone.  I've told them 20 times that the person they're looking for is no longer at this number....that I am unrelated and was assigned the number.  It didn't matter...the computer continued to call.  Ridiculous was to collect debt.  I finally switched numbers and hopefully won't have the same problem down the line.  It was a pain to switch.  I feel as though they should pay the fee for switching numbers!  I'm just glad to no longer have 20 calls a day from their computer.
