Got this call this morning...caller ID said "Alex Smith".  When I answered, there was no one there and then came a dial tone. Don't know this person.

This is from the RNC or the CRNC...and they don't stop.

I get numerous calls from this number daily... along with at least 6 others that also feel the need to badger me.  I'm NOT going to pick up, so either leave a message, and if you're someone I want to talk to I can call you back.  Otherwise, GIVE IT UP!

Called my home phone for no apparent reason. When my wife answered the man had nothing to say.

Caller ID said Alex Smith. I don't know any Alex Smith, so I didn't answer.

Same here, never leaves a message, I have blocked this number from calling my house. I am sure it is RNC or some telemarketer.

I got the same thing. I went ahead and had the number blocked. I believe this number has called before.

Is this # associated with credit card fraud?????

Alex Smith from 301-750-2240 calls my office phone 2-3 times a day, and when I answer hangs up.  I don't have the capability of blocking the number and I receive so many phone calls, that I sometimes don't look at the caller ID.  He just called and I'm so fed up, I called the number back, but received a recording, talking about the CRNC.  After the recording the line goes dead.  I looked up the CRNC.org website he gave, and it's seems like a legitimate site, so I sent them an e-mail.  I'm sure nothing will become of it as I'm also sure Alex Smith is not with the CRNC.

Getting calls from Alex Smith at 301-750-2240.  Don't know him and won't answer the call.  He can leave me a message on my answering machine or just hang up.  I will not answer his call at any rate.  Scammers go elsewhere.

Old Alex is at it again.  Just got a call from him.

Alex Smith is calling me as well..... never says anything when I pick up....

Keeps calling 2-3 times a day. Asks for husband. Hangs up immediately as I am telling this man to take us off his call list

This number calls our home 10x a day. Driving us crazy
