    Caller had heavy accent.  Said it was IRS Department.  Did not give his name or id number.  Did not say who he was calling for.  Just said to call back the very second you hear this message.  Total Scam.

    Called, said someone had lodged a complaint against me and wanted my lawyer's info. I told him I had heard of no complaint, demanded his name and company number, was aggressive with him, and he hung up on me. Heavy foreign accent but trying to sound American.
