Fraud/Phishing!  Do NOT give them personal information!

Said it was Citibank calling about my credit card. I was not home and they gave my mother no info orther than they were calling about my CC.

Just called 8:54 8/5/13   if they don't leave a message I don't reply..

Just got a call from this # - phishing, called it back - voicemail says thank you for calling Citi...scam.  Do not give them any information.

This is from citi card idenity thief solutions there calling because something is wrong with ur credit card or someone opened one in your name

I don't know who are they

Yes, I got one of these messages. When I checked my credit report I found that it was true. Someone had opened a card in my name and charged $13k on it. They're helping me unravel this now.

Legit Citi Bank Fraud/Identity Protection Department

It's legit. I've been dealing with Citi for a couple of weeks now about someone using my identity and received a call from this number this morning from the rep that opened my case asking if I received the packet they sent and did I have any questions.

This is Citi's fraud department.  I recently had an identity theft and they are the department that monitors and resolves the issue.
