This number just called me for the first time today, however when I called it back I reached a company that I just set a complaint against last week! The company is MRS Associates and they claim to be attempting to recover a debt...not the case. When I asked them for basic info, they refused and were very rude.

I got a call from this number for the second time....idk who it is and didn't really feel the need 2 call back so I just read the persons comment before mine and now I know I did the right thing by not calling

I have been receiving calls from this number for the last month; I did return call the first time they called; she said the company was MRS a collection company, I asked for what account; but want me to identify my self with personal information before they would ID the debt; we went around about this and she was VERY rude. I hung up.

This is a SCAM! Do not talk to them or give them any personal information. If you owe money companies can send you letters in the mail and you can see what/and if you owe. Never pay or give info out over the phone. NEVER! These are scam people!

I've been receving calls from this company (MRS) as well.  They also stated that I owed money, once I heard that I just hung up on them.  But they keep calling back.  I agree with some of the comments listed above, don't give these people "jack" about yourself.......

MRS keeps calling us looking for someone who doesn't live here.  When I try to explain this to them they hang up.

this number,(202)367-9133 AND (571)431-1962 are all from the same MRS company. I am so tired of these people getting away with harassing innocent people. There has got to be something we can do that will keep them from calling.

They have been calling me for at least a month asking for someone who doesnt live here.  How can I get them to stop calling?

The so called "Mrs" uses the following numbers to try and trick you into answering, beware. (301)882-9961 Market MD (202) 367-9133 Washington DC and  
(571) 431-1962 Washington, VA *** AKA MRS Collections ,Mercantlie Adjustment Bureau , Pallino Assets LLC.*** Ignore them. Could be hired by MBNA (credit card company) Just Ignore these numbers.

i've been getting calls for probably over a year from these losers. I never answered or returned them until today after reading about these guys here.
I basically started yelling at the lady who answered. She kept on asking me my birthdate. But I kept on yelling at her. I ending the 'conversation' by telling her to go [***] herself.

I called and told them they were calling a 10 year olds cell phone.  This guy was actually nice.  He looked up the number - I did not give it to him.  He asked if I knew this person Mr. So and So. I said no this is a 10 year olds cell phone.  He said he would remove the number and that it takes 24 hours... we shall see.  Can't believe I finally talked to a decent person.

Now that I put this number in and see the comments, I understand that this may be a collection company but I'm not familiar.  My person left a message saying 'regarding a pending file in the office for you, very important that you return my call I will be making a recommendation on your behalf, left her number, etc.  Has anyone got a message like this?  I never answer when I don't know the number and I'm glad I didn't!

I have beemn receiving calls from this number early in the morning and late at night. I would like for them to stop calling me at all.

They call me frequently but I have yet to pick up. Now I know to never do it.

This company also has the number 202-367-9133, so block calls from it as well.
