called multiple times during the day- i don't answer unknown numbers and they didn't leave a message

Believe this is from Sallie Mae.....

It is someone trying to collect on a Student Loan thru Sallie Mae.  I am not the borrower, I co-signed for a family member to go back to college.  She is still in college and has filled out all the necessary paperwork stating this.   She won't graduate til 2012.  They have the wrong graduation date and apparently they either have not or will not change their records.  They call up to 10x a day and it comes up Number Unavailable.  They did leave a message once but the number they want me to call back is not the number they are calling from.  These people are driving me nuts.  They need to contact the borrower and leave me alone.

I listed my husband on my student loan, and they call me, him, and two of his references (his brother and dad, how humiliating) up to ten times a day wanting to get me to pay.  They are already asking for 73% of my income, there's nothing more I have to give and they just won't stop!!!!

No loan here, but they just keep calling.  Family member that has never used this number has student loan and is current on payments.  If this is Sallie Mae they need to get their act together.

Calls several times a day does not leave a message, must be Sallie Mae.. This is total harassment and is against FCC regulations, they cannot use robo calls or call many times for the collection of a debt.

I don't have any student loans - but this number keeps calling me.  Its my cell number and I get lots of calls for the person who had the cell number before I got it.  They call about a couple of times a day - since February 20th.  This is harrassment.

I get called many times a day but no message is left.. I do owe sallie mae but I d not have an income to make the 800.00 a month paymnets... they dont listen,

I received a call from this number and the person promptly hung up when I asked who was calling.  I cosigned on a student loan for which the payment was misapplied by Sallie Mae.  Sallie Mae refuses to apply the payment to the correct loan and they continue to call.

This is extremely frustrating.  Sallie Mae should correct their records.

I get this call a few times a day I asked sallie mae if this was a number of there's and they said no it is some kind of scam and to not give them any info about your account

This is Sallie Mae. I consigned  1out of 7 student loans for a close family member. Before she graduated she was promised they would consolidate all loans. Well that didn't happen!!!   They said they couldn't. Long story short she has been making small payments on each and every loan every month. Because $1200 is not feasible for someone just staring out. People also have to pay rent etc.  Theses people call me starting 8am to 9pm.  Totally annoying. Never the same phone #,    This is against FCC regs.  

Called me 5 times in one day.  Never left a message, name does show on phone.  The last time finally left name.  Says her name is Kelly Thomas and that she works for Sallie Mae.  So if this person works for Sallie Mae why doesn't it show that when she calls.  Sounds to me like a Collection Agency.  

I too Co - signed for my daughter. She's changed the college's 2-3 times in last 3yrs. It is Salle Mae or collection a agency. They call myself and my daughter for 8am- 9pm everyday !
 I believe this is harassment,  or it used to be. They use at least 5-6 different numbers. They want my daughter's credit card #, no way Salle !!!!
