keep getting strange calls from all over including this one want them to stop

keep getting calls says theres some fraudulent activity associated w my phone numbers when I called back they wanted my social security #.......

Had a message on my cell from this number today.  They said there was fraudulent activity tied to my name and SS# and that I would be receiving a summons.  They left a case #.  When I called back they asked if they were speaking to (some name, not mine) and when I said no they asked if I had any way of reaching this person.  I said I had never heard of them and they were quick to "say" they would remove my # from their system so I no longer received their calls.  We'll see if that happens.  Have idea if this is a legit operation or not based on my experience.

Keep calling my family talking about fraud n ss # and some summons. .its very annoying and people need to get a dang on life and stop messing with working people
