HelloCosmo.com, reported them on national do not call registry ( https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx )after receiving an  unsolicited call this morning around 11am (i.e. - I have not entered in phone number or granted  approval for calls to be made to my cellphone).  Very ticked off about this.

I got an unsolicited call on my cell phone today around 6PM from this number.  No message was left.

I do not know this caller or number.

Unsolicited call from this number.  No message left.

Unsolicited call at 9:30am, no message left.

Seems like some goons at www.heycosmo.com are Beta testing their unsecured piece of #!@& software at everyone's expense(and let the tele-spamers have fun with it.)

Just called my cell at 11:30 AM EST 11/13/08. Nobody at the other end. Would like to sue.

Just rec'd a call at 4:34 pm CST.  No one at the other end. Just filed a complaint with the donot call registry.

The number leads back to something called predicto.com.  I called both predicto and heycosmo and told them they contacted an secure internal government mobile phone and they were kind of scared when i threatened legal action.

just did a reverse lookup and the phone service is Snip Link, LLC out of Deleware. You might want to complain to their technical service department at 877/903-2505
