i am getting calls from this number , pls take a stirct action

I got a call from this number +1-30235-73644, I did not pick up the phone, but when I tried to call back it said "Welcome to rada.com, please enter your authorization number" or something.

Its Ok , Its not a (Rada.com) , Its Raza.com and its a phone card company , somebody call you from phone card and Phone card dialing number always show the different excess numbers its depends on the port.

It's not OK because I am getting prank calls from this number. How can I identify the person behind this number? Is it correct that Phone cards are associated with particular numbers registered in the name of the user?

Calls from the number late nights. Would report it to the delaware state police if continued.

Stop these jerks!!!!!!! I had to block the phone number from my allowed list through my cell provider to get the calls blocked.

How they people got our numbers, something is wrong with them, i think they are trying to leak the personal identity of the people for the money or something, some strict action should be taken on them

A foreign man called me today and sain he was calling from Toronto.  He said that he wamted to know if we exported vehicles out of the country and do we have the information for thoes that do?  I said no we do not ship vehicles out of the country---3 times and then said sternly that I do not have any information about exporting vehicles out of the country as we do not do that.---he said thank you and hung up??
  I don't know who it is but it seems fishy to me.  Oh by the way I have a small used car business.

I received  a call from this # under the name of Rana Rajeshwar who lives in Missouri, US. I tried to call the same number but in return demanded authorization number from the automated message system

I had this number pop up on my phone - it was my in laws calling from Georgia on vacation. Perhaps this number is either a hotel, or a calling card redirect number.

I used to get cold calls all the time from sales people telling me I've had an accident, flogging things or guilt-tripping me into giving money and it was so frustrating.
To escape them I registered with the free Telephone Preference Service. I used to work in a call centre and the only rules were not to call anyone on the TPS list. But even this was waived at times.
We were given minimal training and encouraged to Google companies on mass and call their staff, with no idea if they were on the TPS list or not.
But you do have some power.
If you get called and you're on the list, take down the time and date, get the firm's name and ask for a telephone number. You can then go to Ofcom. They've got an online complaints form and can take up your case and could fine the company.
Also check the small print when entering your phone number on anything and tell companies you don't want to be contacted by phone. My cold calling days are over but there's no excuse for companies doing this. Be aware, fight your corner and stop being bullied by the cold callers.
