I have received at last 14 calls over the past 2 weeks. The last time my wife answered the call and they claimed to be Bank of America. They wanted to talk to me not her about a SO Called B of A personal Account. I have reason to believe that this is a Scam call.

I have one better.....I am from Newark and keep getting calls from people out of state thinking I am the one calling them from the 302-369-3198 number and hanging up on them! Some wires must be crossed somewhere because I am not making the calls and my phone number does not end in 3198 but it's close. (So I have been told they dial 302-369-3198 and get me.) My phone company can't do anything about it on my end since the calls are not coming from my house. I wish BOA would drop this number and we all would be happy!!!

If you call them, an automatic voice service asks if you want to be put on their do not call list. I will see if they keep calling now...

I used *67 to block my number from their caller ID and got Innovative Consultants. Since they are in Delaware, they are probably a budding credit card company. I noticed they do not call on Sundays. They will call past 9pm EDT which I believe is a violation of the FCC. They were an investigation agency other occasions. One the third time I called, they had a recording  saying "If you wish to be taken off our list, please enter your number. I figured I had nothing to lose since I was blocking my name. So far, I have not "heard" from them.

I called this number back and was asked if I wanted to enter my number on their do not call list. I did. They said it would take 24 hours. It was all automated. I hope this stops. I cant stand it when they wake me up. I work nights. My daughter says that they call multiple numbers at one time and the first one that picks up, they talk to, the others just get hung up on. . Said they were from Bank of america, and didn't even know our first name. Wanted to verify information, and had said the wrong account the first time. Did not want to talk further, very suspicous, don't give any info over the phone.

Be careful when replying to this number. When I called back, there was an option to take my numbers off. But the automatic reply confirmed my number incorrectly. So, I dialed my number again since the machine took it wrongly. I did it three times, then I realized that the automatic reply said it the same thing no matter what number I pressed.  I think, that when you enter your phone number to be taken off from their list, they actually record your number as their "call lists". Lo and behold, this company (IC) called again the next day even more.

Holy crap!! Three times a day they call....

They call every night and never leave a message.

this is annoying.  This number keeps calling and no one is on the other end.

This number calls every night around 7:00 p.m. and no one answers.  I called it and its a Innovative Consultants recording. What's going on?

Ban this number!!! They're wasting people's time!!!
