Multiple calls from this number claiming that a judgement was being filed against us. SCAM.

Called me saying I had a summons but would only take debit or credit card or money gram. Wouldn't let me send a money order or give me an address said they were called gm solutions. Extremely rude and told me to have fun in court. Hung up and cAlled back and it just rang and rang then went to a voicemail that said was full.

I received server calls of this a day. I need to report this number to the police or the FBI.

They been calling my husband warning him the are going to sued and call his work take him to court on something that was paid off ten ago. I tell them to bring it they have been calling over a year.

They call me all the time and say there are two fraudulent items pending against me will not tell what they are, I check my credit report consistently and I have nothing in collections, they are [***]!

They called my mother's line several times a day, saying that a family member has a debt...garbage

I have gotten several calls from 302-380-7523 with the same message about several court charges. I called them back and was on hold for an hour. Yes I'm patient. They then said it was a payday loan from 4yrs ago and the company name was Anasvi services. Nothing on Google about this company. Now today they are calling from a local 502 number with the same case number.

I have received several calls about being summoned to court. They left a case number. When I called back I am steady put on hold with loud music playing.

Same thing happen to me March 11,2015 they claim their name was Goldman & Associates

Also received call today regarding two fraudulent items pending! When asked what company they represented they quickly asked for case number and refused to give me any info.

Same here... I called and told them to stop calling.. they just hung up..  SCAM

Same here,i started getting calls from the same ##, soo what I did ive bn calling them for the passed 30 minutes, now they stopped answering my calls, n I haven't gotten a call bak frm them,lol,

I have received several calls from 302-380-7523, cannot understand how they got my cell and home numbers. They are very persistent, so I called back and asked who were they affiliated with. James answered and said that he was with Goldman Law Associates. At first he said it so fast that I could not understand what he was saying, after a couple of times I got it, when I confirmed the name he then replied "may I have your case number?" This is all he kept asking for. Sooo, I called back several times knowing that there is no warrant coming to my job or home and will be forfeiting my legal rights. I yelled, cursed, said you are running a scam (over and over) finally a woman answered and yelled "QUIT CALLING!" LOLOLOLOLOL. Have not heard from them in a while. We will see if that stops them. I told them that I would call everyday ALL day until they stopped...  PLEASE help if someone  knows how to make these crazy people stop calling, let the rest of us know.

This number called saying I have a two counts against my name and social security number. I said ok I have my bank statement ready for court. Message financial was the ppl that claimed I had taken a 300 loan. Ppl are so horrible

They've been calling my husband and started calling me too. I kept calling back no answer. then once I got some one I told him he needed to stop calling and it was illegal what they were doing. He just kept talking over me yelling then hung up. I called back and started yelling at him again and he hung up. Now they just aren't answering. I am going to contact the police on this.

i receive a few calls from them, so with the threat or summons and all legal rights gone , I figured its a sam , but i called  first thing they asked for was the case number, i said yes i have a case number , but before i give it to you , i need to know who are you trying to get a hold of , the name on the message wasnt clear, and there are others living here , they put me on hold for 8 mins i hung up called again same thing and back on hold, i hung up after another 8 mins. i got another call and called back this time it went to voice mail and it was to full to except any more , all i can say is if they cant say who there asking for , and give out a case number  two signs  a scam scam scam

After the call I received from a so called legal dept.  I called my husband who is an attorney. He states that it's very important to get full name and address and the company of whom I owe money to. This has been 13 years ago since my ex boyfriend has used the speigel card. He is doing 40 years in t. he penitentiary for scamming me, and CDV charges and also destroying my credit.  What should I do next. I'm scared that am officer will come to my home to arrest me or serve me papers. This man on the other  line Please help me. Thank you Kim Fr now on the law enforcement will be answering my calls

This number keeps calling me at rendem times. Never say who they are calling from but that I am getting sued. Even when I answer they are a recording.

Jusy got a call saying that a summons is being filed against my name and social security number and they will come to my house or job to serve me. What is this all about?

I called number back stating about summons, wouldn't tell me from who and hung up on me.....
