This number has called me and i didnt answer because i didnt recognize it

Must have gotten several calls today from this number. They let it ring 3-4 times and then hang up before the answering machine clicks on. Not going to answer it, they can go frak themselves, sit and spin guys! It says CLASSES CAREERS on Caller ID, no doubt they got my number from EF Insurance!!! That's the only online quote I asked for. Now I'm getting calls from this number as well as Unknown Name, Private Number and 213-289-5542 CAREERINSTITUTE. I'm not sure now I want to do business with EF after this fiasco.

Last couple of days I keep getting calls from 302-394-6827 CLASSES CAREERS, 213-289-5542 CAREER INSTITUTE, 202-747-7314 OPINION POLL, 312-878-5679 CLASSES ONLINE, 231-224-2031 RESEARCH CENTER. Since I have had this number I have repeatively signed up for the DO NOT CALL list... and every so many months it will start up all over again with another set of numbers. These above listed numbers are what are calling my house all hours of the day for the last couple of days now. They always ask for some Susan or Heidi person, I tell them don't know her and I have had the number for the last 5 years and in about an hour another of the above numbers calls. I have answered to only push the * button and still in about another hour I get another call. So at the rate they are calling I believe that they are all connected. I think they are all one big scam.

In the past 24 hours I've received 8 calls from the following numbers:

These are all scams who claim that I've filled out an online application and/or survey about online training.  I've also been plagued with spam emails from these same types of so called 'learning institutions' via my Yahoo account.

I keep getting calls for these schools. I have been calling them back and telling them to take my number off there list. If they call me again I tell them I am going to report them to my Attorney General's office and then take them to court,

     I did not go to any of these job search web sights to look for a job. When I have to give out a phone number to someone on the internet I give out a fake one..........

i live in Florida, have a private pre-paid cell number.  i grew up in the 302 area code so when i saw it come up i thought someone from home was calling....i answered and was asked "is this Mary?" i said yes and then was asked "is Tracey there?" then the call ended.  freaks me out because my best friend growing up was Tracey....eerie creepy sales peoples!  Didn't know what company until i called back and got the recording that is was Career Institute or something like that

I don't think someone sold your phone number. I think someone might have had the same idea as you and maybe plugged in what they thought was fake to them, but really yours. I'm glad you wrote this, because I didn't even consider that I would be screwing someone else over typing in a fake number. Not unless it's the hollywood 555-555-5555

I have calls from these same numbers, since I'm on the federal no call list I'll see if they can do anything.

Some of these people can sneak around the no call lists and scam you anyway. Report them to your attorney general's office or better business bureau and threaten them with a lawsuit.

Called and asked for me by name and said it was about an online survey I filled out for classes. Then they tried to sell me something completely different! Total spam!!

I answered and they asked for "Theodore".  The only thing I've recently done is apply for a DiscoverCard.  I'm wondering if it's conntect with that.

To Stop These Calls:

1. Call the number back (302.394.6827)
2. You'll get a recorded greeting
3. Option 2 will get you off of their list.
4. Punch 2 to activate the process
5. Punch 2 AGAIN to confirm that your are calling from the # that they called you on.

Note: After my call to them I called back on my cell phone and repeated the process so that number is now blocked also

this number keeps trying to call all hrs. of the day and night.relentless these people are! have no idea why they are calling me. it is some type of school promotion for classes. dont answer...

Most of those same #s  keep calling my home no message .very annoying the call at all hours & on Sundays also.

I have just begun to get all kinds of calls from corporations claiming they are owed money. Whats funny is that there is no money and they are committing fraud because there was not full disclosure in the contract i allegedly signed.  If you notice that all the mail that come to "you" is in all CAPS or has a surname.  Well that's because they are not addressed to you, they are addressed to the legal fiction your parents created in a corporation when you were born.  No man has authority over another without consent of that party. Did you know that you legally don't know your birth date because its all hearsay.  The only thing that has a date of birth is your legal fiction which is the document stating the event that took place.  Wake up people we have all been lied to and tricked into slaves. The matrix is all around us. I don't expect that you will just believe.  What i do expect is that you verify the info out for yourself.
