This # is for some random BS company called WCA Services. I kept missing calls and grew increasingly irritated so called back -- the recording said my phone number had been "subscribed" since June 2011 (whaaat?). They apparently give out $100 cash prizes daily, and a $1000 prize every quarter -- you are "entered to win" if you pick up the phone when you get a call from the 302 number. I was able to cancel through the phone prompts, but not before being forced to listen to a recorded shpiel. Obnoxious as hell.
