why is this number calling me

WHY IS THE NUMBER CALLING ME

STOP CALLING ME

Called me several times this week

This number call me stating that they can help me get and grant for housing and Schooling. I know its a scam because it ask for a debit card.

This number keeps calling me, all hours of the day. When I call it, it gives me an error message and says it's a disconnected line. The phone search says its from a landline in delaware, around the 71/E main intersection. If any one knows who, or what this is about that'd be great to know. They are beginning to be a real irration, as this has been going on for several months on and off.

This message called during my fathers funeral telling me that I had applied for a grant and wanted more information with credit card information....

I received a call from 302-696-4238 and I missed the call, I tried to call it back, and it states that it is a non-working number???????

i got a call from that number and answered a guy with a indian accent answer and asked for me i said i wasnt home and asked him to leave a message he said no message and he would call back later i called the number back and was told the number was disconnected.

I got a call from this number. I called it back and it said it was an international number and could not be called back.

called me at 10 am and hung up can't call back says number is disconnected

I have gotten two calls from this number.  I missed the calls, but when returned they go to a standard phone company alert that "... this number has been disconnected".

Okay this little india guy has more than one number will some body turn his ass in they call they don't say anything I have had it

This is the same india man that has called me from four or five different number's 888-382-1222,888-444-5582,302-696-4238,877-874-5811 now he has gotten smart enough to just hold the phone an not say anything this is pissing me off I registered my number for him not to call an he just calls from a different number he is sick now this is becoming harrassing WHAT ELSE can I do but change the number again how the hell is he getting my number uhh
