Caller ID showed Starnet, Inc.
Didn't pick up...no message left.

Call and leave no message..I let it go to my machine

Starnet, inc.  Called at 10:45PM.  Ignored, no message.

jerks called at 6 am. What can a person do to make this stop?

These [***] have called 3 times to the same number. 1st time: 8 AM no message left. 2nd time: I answered, and they gave me crap about not accepting their offer on something to do with diabetes. 3rd time: I answered and I heard people talking in the background, and after about 5 seconds of saying HELLO!!! HEEEEEELLLLLLOOOO!!!!!  ... they hung up on me. Is there a way to keep these [***] from calling me?

If I don't know know the number then i dom't answer it

12am received a call about drugs. They knew my name.

Received 1 or 2 calls per day for the last week as late as 9:58 PM.

They call and call - STARNET on caller ID.  They hang up on my machine. I have been on do not call list FOREVER.   I have reported them, and will report them again.  If you call the number aback you get a "we're sorry - your call cannot be completed as dialed..."

OK I called STARNET, Inc and spoke to someone there - they are a VOIP company and the bozo who is doing this is using their service.  He said he can report this to their fraud dept. and meanwhile the number can be blocked locally with my provider ( i have to make that call to have that done).  They'll probably just sign up with another number.  Hope they get a huge fine for violating the Do Not Call...

Called at 11:52 p.m.  Woke me up and left no message.

called at 10:59 PM woke me and the entiore family up.....left no message, repeatedly calling and leaves not message, i am on the do not call list

So, "Starnet, Inc." is a VOIP company.  While it is that idiot who is calling and selling whatever, through their service, Starnet ought to be screening their client a bit better so such abuse do not occur.

According to one internet search result, Starnet is in bankruptcy.  Serves them right and hope they cease to exist, ASAP!

These guys keep calling 1 to 3 times a day.  Some foriegn chick asking for "Haw-word".  I tried calling back...no luck.  I am going to tell them next time I am Ha-ward, and see what happens.  It is kind of annoying.  Any ideas how to make it stop?

This number called at 10:45 pm Central Time. Said they were calling about diabetic supplies, because someone reported a member of this household was diabetic. That is not true in any way. I informed them it was too late to be calling and that my phone number was listed on the do not call list. I am filing a report with the FCC. I would recommend anyone else getting annoying and late calls do the same at esupport.fcc.gov

called our home last 3 days in morning .who are they ? knows my name..
