Got a call early on 16 Mar. 09. Sounded like a young women, asked for me by name, then asked for money for cancer research. I asked how she got my number and who she was, she hung up immediatly. I called number back, only got busy signal.

303-222-7101 calls non-stop at all hours of the day... there is NEVER anyone on other end.  And its always a busy signal when I call back.

I got a call and answered, a bit of static and then a deep, creepy voice said something about "smiling" but that's all I understood.

I got the call, diud search on this number..the [***] should be BLOCKED. Well I figure something was wrong cause
1) When Calling back, it was busy!
2) Also when I pick up and talk, I hear my echo (usually if someone is trying to record your voice and some [***] happens).
3) Keep calling back!!!

I knew something was up and went over the net, seems like there is some messed up business goind something. I would suggest put that number on block list

A male called me at work from this number that did not speak english.  I told him a number of times I could not understand him.  I get a lot of calls from people with heavy accents that I can understand but I could not understand anything he was saying.  When I did not say anything after a long rambling then he would say HELLO?  I would say hello then he would start rambling again.  He seemed to be getting angry because I could not understand him.  I finally hung up and he has not called back.

I received a scam call from this number with a recorded message telling me that my St Vrain Valley Credit Union debit card has been deactivated and that I needed to call 800-245-9655.  I've never had a St Vrain Valley Credit Union credit card.  I know this to be a scam (I know the local police know about this and the local paper warned that this was occurring).  What I can't understand is that someone must own this number...  Why can't they be found and arrested or at least deactivate the number?

I also received a call trying to phish information about banking information,

THis number just called me. After a few hello's they just hung up!
