303-226-6262

I have received 3 calls from 303-226-6262 all before 12 noon (mst) on a Saturday.

I would like to find out who was on the other end, I tried to call the number back, but you get a recoreded message the the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.

303-226-6262 has called our house daily for the past 4 weeks. Can anyone tells us how to stop these scary middle of the night calls that do not answer the phone nor do they leave a message.
As far as my family is concerned this is harassment...

They just called, I know of no 303 area code and I am not answering it.  To hell with them. its now blocked

303 is Colorado.

Just got a call today, 25/03/10, 14:20-Atlantic here in Nova Scotia, Canada. Was babbling on about a car warranty. At the end it gave me two options: 1 to speak with a representative, 2 to be "taken off the follow-up list". I just hung up.

17:12 This number just called, didn't pick up. They must be targeting Nova Scotia today!

This was an automated message stating the warrany on my vehicle has expired and the this was my last chance to renew it.   No vehicle specified so it was a pretty generic message.  No company name given either.

nova scotia here, too - guess we are being targeted.  The call went to voice mail because I was talking on the line, and then I googled the number and here I am discovering it's another telemarketing outfit.  I got so fed up with the last ones calling, up to three times a day, and asking to be taken off their list, and reporting it on the government website (I am already registered on the no-call list), that I apologized to the chap and said that apparently I had to become as unbearable as they were, and I screamed as loud as I could into the mouthpiece - pitying, actually, the poor person who was subject to my scream - and apologized to him but said they had driven me to such measures.  A call came again in a few hours (thank heavens for call display) and I told the fellow what I had done previously and that I was about to do it to him.  He quickly said to "wait, wait"  and confirmed my phone number and said he would remove it.  He obvious did, because I haven't had a single call - until this one - for three weeks!  I don't recommend screaming - but it did work - and I just might have to try it again if a warning doesn't work.

They called today Mar 27/10 - Alberta - SCAM SCAM SCAM ---

they phoned here twice in the one day 29/3/10. never left a message either time. How can you block this number?

I'm in Nova Scotia: Just got a recorded message advising me that my car warranty was out-of date. I hung up in mid-stream. When I attempted to call back to ... get the warranty updated on my 1932 Ford (!) ... I heard the following: "We're sorry but you have reached a number that has been disconnected or no longer in service." Hmmmm!

I get calls from them periodically, I work during the day and when I come home there are hang ups on my voicemail.  I'm in Nova Scotia as well.

They're still at it today. Got a call with a very bad message left that was in full swing when I got it. Same schtik: my car warranty (which expired years ago).

I do not answer numbers I do not know who is calling.  Thought we could eliminate these calls by blocking numbers, but apparently not.

This number should be erased completely. They bother me although I am on the not-to-call list. I guess the list does not work. My friend also gets them many times. Instead of complaining about it please let us know how to prevent geting the phonecalls.

we have heard about this for sometime. there is as i understand, a US based group trying to sell extended warranty on your car. if you DO sign-up you will find that all repairs under this warranty can only be completed in some distant city.

here is how todays call went:
you hear the blurb about your vehicle warranty about to expire and please press one to continue. knowing the scam i pressed 1 and got a lady on the other end. when i asked her which of my cars or truck she was calling about , she could not answer. so i asked her how she knew that a warranty was about to expire, and her is exactly what she said and did--- "i'm trying to get your information so i can open your file, but you won't shut up" then the phone went dead.

i suggest the best way to deal with these guys is harass them the same way they do you.
