They will keep calling even when you ask them to stop.  The calling company must get a majority of the income from donations with Lupus getting just a little.  All you can do is tell them to send the truck and not put anything out for them.  They eventually will stop if you do so.

They call all throughout the day until the evening hours.

They call every day of the week.  2-3 times a day.

Lupus CO Pickup is on caller ID. I am on the DNC list, but they still call. I think it must be b/c I am listed in the PB. They call at weird hrs.

They call several times a week at bedtime and hang up when my husband or I answer. My kids are 3 & 5, they need their sleep and to go to bed on time every night. How do I stop them from calling when there's nobody on the other line?

Called last night but hung up before I could answer the phone.

Lupus CO called twice, the first time at approximately 11:30 A.M. yesterday, and again at 6:30 PM this evening. Upon picking up the phone I immediately hung up both times. What will it take for them to stop calling?

I refuse to donate to any Charity that ignores the Do Not Call Registry through the loopholes & calls me anyway.

I unfortunatly work for the company that does all the calling for lupus of minasota.  it pisses me off to no end that when these people ask to get removed nicely we just spout off a script and hit not interested so they can just get called again in 4 to 6 weeks.  hanging up does no good then you just get called back in a day or 2 tell them your not interested and you get to wait a few weeks till you get called again.  but the way to get them to remove you is tell them you want to speak with a manager and then say you will write a letter to the state atorney general if they call you again.  my company is scared shitless of of the minesota AG they will remove you from the list.  they have been fined a few times already. i hope this helps you guys out.  and please dont be dicks to the people on the phone they all think like i do and hate not being able to remove the people that dont want to be called they are only doing it because it is a job and todays economy doesnt give much choices.  and definitely dont mention you saw this hear

Calls like this and those that have 'unknown name/number' or those that I don't recognise and keep calling get my backup, I hit the transmit on the fax machine and let it squeal in the ears for a little while.  Works well.  Hard to do on recorded machines though.

Read other reports & added to my rejection list.

They call and call even if you don't pick up the phone.

This numkber is for Lupus pick up - they do amazing work and everyone who calls is working for them for free.  I try to donate items to them every other month.  

So the calls are for a good cause.

my phone number has been on the do not call list
for several years, yet I am daily getting dozens of
unwanted calls from above number as well as from
phone numbers, nationally as well as off shore.
Can't you stop them.
