Calls 2 - 3 times per day. Won't leave message and no one is there when I answer.

Nobody there, no message.

It's a phone survey about the election from Michael bennets campaign.

Just called me -- no answer after stopping what I was doing, crossing the room, picking up the phone and saying "Hello? Hello? Anybody there? Nope? Goodbye". I hate auto-dialing software that dials the next number in the list whether or not there's a free "service associate" on their end to deal with the call if it gets answered. Software written this way gives me a bad feeling about the organization that uses it. Michael Benet campaign just lost my vote. To me he's an obnoxious, annoying politician who doesn't care if he's interrupting me. Maybe he cares more about winning the election than his potential constituency?

One can read a lot into organizations or individuals that use war dialing or boiler room techniques whether they be used in sales, politics, or by adolescent crackers.

Same story 7-15-10 6:09PM.  Silence, not even a click.  It left a blank msg on my answering machine.  No hiss, no click, just the prettiest background-free nothingness you ever heard.

This number called me just as I was walking in the door last evening.  For some reason the recording was talking to my answering machine as I came in and when I heard it was a senate poll I picked up and answered all the questions making clear that I am a solid Romanoff supporter with no chance of changing my vote!  That felt good.

Well I sure hope they call me back (missed the call) because I am a solid Bennet supporter with no chance of changing my vote!  That's gonna feel GREAT!

when these calls come in and no one answers after you say hello, hit the # about 6-7 times and they remove your number from auto dialer

On no call list, getting sick of these unwanted calls!!!!!!!

They didn't leave a message.  I called back and found out that it is the Democratic National Committee.  I didn't give them my number.  I don't want any calls so I am going to add them to my call screening on my Comcast phone.

Just jerks wanting me to vote for a jerk named Michael Bennet.

This was a call from the Democratic National Committee taking a survey asking who I had voted already and who I had voted for. It asked who I voted for in the last election, what sex and my age. I found this call weird and creepy since the caller id came up with a family members name but it was the DNC. I'm calling Qwest in the morning to report this.

Anyone who ignores the national do-not-call list (I know, political calls and charities are exempt, but they could still pay attention to it if they cared) ... and has the gall to use a robo-dialer to call me ... is automatically on my 'most despicable scumbags' list.

I can't believe that the people running these organizations think its OK to waste thousands (or millions) of peoples' time just to further their own cause.

answered and it was in spanish XD

Got a message in Spanish from this number, called back to let them know this is the United States and the language is ENGLISH.  A recording said this mailbox is full and cannot take further messages.

Got a call from this number & the caller left a message on my answering machine completely in Spanish.  I received a call from Michael Bennetts office & the caller ID said United States Government two days ago. So if this is from Michael Bennetts office I don't understand why they would be calling twice.  The way I feel about any elected official right now whoever it is had better hope I don't answer when they call.

Got a call in Spanish asking about my approval rating of the President.  As a native-English speaker, it was an easily ignorable call...

Just got a call from the same number as everyone else.  All in Spanish and same thing happened when I called back - mailbox full.  I am going to call Bennet's office tomorrow and see if they will admit to it being from them, I too am on the no call list - speak English or go away!!!!

Why in the world did I get a call in Spanish?????   I did understand Presidente.  If I'd known what # to push to show my disapproval I would've answered their stupid survey.  Maybe this is how Obama is getting his positive approval ratings.  Only Spanish speaking people can take the survey.  Bennett is  a joke.
