Received two calls from this number in the last three hours.I never ans. any calls that the I D says unavailable.

They call and never leave a meassage.  Called back and it is the World Financial Bank , but I have no business with them

i also receive calls from this number -- no idea who it is...never leaves a message

They want to speak to Goldie Miller.  I tell them I have had this number for 3 years and there is not a Goldie Miller here.  They hang up without saying anything and start calling back.

They call every morning at 8a.m. and never leave a message, do not know who it is and I don't answer from calls unknown.

I am getting these calls also. AND frequently all day long for many days. I saw that Mike posted it is from World Financial bank (WFNNB). They deal with "Stage/Bealls Dept Stores" and I think Roaman's, Women Within, and I am sure many others.

never leave message and call about 4 times a day

These people are so rude, annoying and very pushy about doing check by phone. If you tell them you can not do one and you have no funds available they always bring up they have your checking information on file as if they are threatening to do it anyway. These people call non stop all day from 8:01 am till late at night 7 days a week. No messages and it's obvious from their information they claim they have on you that one is at work during the day. Always wanting to know who your employer is each time they call each day when you talk to them as if that is a threat also. They claim they are updating their files....right.  If you can't make a payment to them they state that you are being non-compliant and will document it as such. How can one be non-compliant when you ain't got any money. I guess they would rather you write them a bad check and break the law than to try to pay little by little to them. It's always someone on the phone that you can not understand because their english is horrible. It amazes me how these individuals on the other end of the phone sleep at night knowing how they have harrassed individuals who have become victims of the economy.

I've seen a lot of people who have gotten calls from the "World Financial Bank" (WFFNB) complaining that they are on the "Do-not call list" or that they "don't owe anything" or worse, believing that it's some type of phone scam, and this is a big problem. For starters they are a legitimate company and hold the credit for quite a few store charge cards, so it is not a scam and they are not held to the restrictions of the "Do-not call list". If they are calling you, it could be an honest mistake on their part or you owe them money. Also note that store charge cards are easy to acquire in other people's names in the form of identity theft, so someone might be out there running up a debt in your name, ignoring it is only going hurt you and your credit score.
