They never leave a message. Who is the buggey ?

Wow these guy don’t stop, they call like 8 times a day. They were asking for a person but I don’t even get the name, I said "Stop bothering, you people have a wrong phone number" AND THEY DONT STOP CALLING. PLEASE HELP!!!

It's annoying for me to answer the phone and the caller refuses to leave a message or identify themself. They call on Sundays, on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day... very persistent, indeed. I've answered the call several times, no info is offered because the call is for my daughter.

From a different site I found out this phone number represents Club Express and they are a collection agency. One person wrote that they demanded payment over the phone via bank check requiring sensitive account information. **DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR BANK ACCT INFO OVER THE PHONE.**

Our daughter went to the Express store in person and paid her small bill, which was over-due, so we're hoping the calls will stop in a day or so.

They call several times a day, never leaving any information except ADS,  their their staff is very rude and unpleasant...I am going to call them, isn't there a law against harassment from collection agencies?

These people are very rude! They call at all hours of the day, and blame it on an automated system. The number on my phone says it's from CO-they called me at 8am my time, in CO that is 6am! Very unprofessional, demanding money that instant and expect you to just hand over the money.

They keep calling me here at work - and are asking for someone that I don't know of.  I'm very frustrated because I'm being hassled by these people and they're not even asking for me!!  I've told them that the person that they're looking for does not work at my place of work and they don't seem to believe me.  One woman was extremely rude and insisted that I transfer her...transfer her to where?  THERE'S NO ONE BY THAT NAME THAT WORKS HERE!!

The other numbers that appear on caller ID for these people are (913) 563.5520 and (614) 212.7507.

Continuously calling - 5 or 6 times a day. It can't be a collection agency because I do not have any debts.  PLEASE STOP CALLING!!!!

Who the heck is this? I don't have time to have my business phone interrupted by annoying people who give me no information.

The only way I have found works it to ask them to hold on and forward them to your Congress persons office.  Find a nice 800 number for them and just hit *67 before forwarding the call.

Just got a call from these people. They asked for me. I asked who was calling. He said Jacob. I said Jacob who. He said I will take that as a I am speaking with Desiree. Again I said who are you. He said, I'll just call back another time. I don't have any outstanding bills that I know of, who are these people?

Phone rings 3 to 4 times sometime #3&4 are close rings almost back to back. No one is on the line.

when i redial, they say the caller is not taking calls

Calling early in the morning (before I even get into work and I start @ 8:00am) - I get calls like every 20 - 30 mins non-stop throughout the day (do they realize people work) - I get calls at night while I'm eating dinner with my fiance and relaxing after a stressful or hard day at work -

They are extremely rude - they don't identify who speaking or what company they are calling from - I picked up once and now I can't get rid of them -

So I now I started to just pick up - hit the mute button and put them on speaker to see if they will say anything and when they sit in silence - I'll hang up on them -

I wonder how they would feel if I did the same thing back to them?

I get a call every day at 8:15am and then it is every 4 hours till 9:00pm.  Who are they and what the heck do they want?

Posting on thse sites only shows the rest of us the calls are bogus, which is good. But it doesn't resolve anything.

These are not legitimate calls. A debt collector will use the mail. There are laws about debt collection. Yes, some harrass, but asking for your banking info by phone is not a legitimate request.

Call the phone company to ask for a block on the number. Tell them that you are being asked to give bank account numbers over the phone and are being cursed at when you refuse.

If you use a cell phone, save the phone number on your cell phone with the name "don't answer", then ignore those calls. They will indeed stop.

These calls are not from legitimate people.  They are from people who hack into systems that have your information.  They harass you and threaten to send officers to arrest you if you don't pay.  First, I have already checked into this.  I spoke with my local police dept..you cannot be arrested for NOT paying a bill.  Second, if you owe money to anyone, they will mail you statements.  They will not demand that you pay them with bank information over the phone.  The number for me on my caller id comes up as a company named Black listed.  Not legit.  Other times it comes up as a different name.  And yes, unfortunately, they will harass your relatives.  My daughter and mother were both called.  And they now know,, not to answer the phone for such numbers.  I even had one to call me at work, get ugly with our secretary, after which secretary called me to office to speak to them.  They were getting ready to be cussed out by our secretary.  I told him to come right on with the papers.  I would have a police officer waiting to check their so called papers to be sure they were legit.  His response..your police are not going to be able to save you maam ....and hung up.  A bunch of bull!!!! and a SCAM!! Needless to say, I never got served any papers.  And that particular number called me again.  I have truecaller ID on my phone.  I block every number like that and never get the calls.  I delete the voicemails they leave too.  A couple of times I have answered, I can hear a television in the background and kids playing or a baby crying.  If they were a legitimate company, I don't believe you would hear any of those types of noises in the background.  And once I asked if I coulod get a bill sent to me, they said they don't mail out bills.  WHAT!! How dumb.

Scam artists trying to bilk you out of money.  Don't give them anything.
