Strategy:
In your Cell Phone, add names like this:
Do Not Answer 1
Do Not Answer 2
Do Not Answer 3
etc
When you get a collection call, look it up to verify, and then add it to the existing entry in any of the spots - mobile, home, fax, etc it does not matter... when it is full, move to do not call 2, etc.

If you have calls from a bunch of numbers from one collector, it's annoying... when it is from several, your phone number is poisoned and you should dump your pre-paid cell phone ans switch to another.

Alternatively, set up a google account with google voice that you never check, and add all your collectors to it in the contacts- set your voicemail greeting for all of them as You Mother F*ers and only give out this number to any billing company you do business with.

Then, pay your bills, when you want, when you have the money.

Credit reports are crap anyway- because the economy is in the tank.  Never pay a creditor over 5 years old on your report, because it will drop off after 10 years and the clock for 10 years resets after your last contact with them- or payment to them.

Keeps calling and won't stop..had it out with the woman on the other end and told her to stop calling .  She told me that they would keep calling..Sad part is the person she is trying to reach is not even me !!!!!!!

Ive paid my bills and they are still calling me for no reason.

I keep getting calls from Lane Bryant.  I am a guy and have never shopped there.  What the f#ck?

WOW! 303-255-5346 loves to call my number all day long.

I seem to have the same problem with the Lane Bryant.  The calls never end!   The calls start at at 8:00 in the morning to as late as 10:00 in the evening.

The real bad thing is that my husband is home recovering from cancer treatment and is subjected to the phone calls all day.

I have mailed my payments to the company sometimes a week in advance. If they do not receive the payment on the exact day due the calls seem to start.

I can understand the need for debt collection and reasonable attempt to collect debt, but calling every 15 min to 30 minutes seems like like clear harassmment.

With my next bill payment the company will be getting their credit card cut up into small pieces with a nice love note to *$%^** themselves...LOL

303-255-5346 keeps calling me. I would pick up and no one would talk. I have told them to stop calling or I will get them for Phone Harassment. I have been on the phone for jobs and I cant even hear what they said due to the beeping in my ear because they keep calling back to back. They have called over five times in the last hour!! If that is not Harassment then what is?

What the hell is wrong with you people? You think that if you call my house eight or nine times a day it is going to magically make someone appear out of thin air? I have no business with you! So stop calling my house! You call one too many times and at inappropriate times of the day. Get a life and stay out of mine I have enough problems. You doing this is causing me to fight with my family. I hate you people for it! Stop it! STOP CALLING! ME! I DON"T KNOW YOU!

I HEAR you are a scam company sent to call so many times until someone picks up the phone and then you add money onto a bill that might not even exist! If you have been called by this number do not answer it! In fact block this number from calling your house. They have many numbers and some of them might even have a different last digit just so they call keep calling you. 8 am in the morning? 7 am 1 am Are you insane! Don't let this happen to you! They work for different companies including World financial.

after i spoke to someone regarding my account, and paid it they have called 4 times since they need to stop.... plus they never leave a message, I can have calls from them about ten times a day from 9am -9pm

I have started calling my local Lane Bryant store each time I get a call from these guys.  I am nice to the lady on the other end, but they need to understand how annoying this is.  If everyone did it, I am sure these calls every 15 mins would stop.

Great idea. I will now call my local Lane Bryant store and complain every time they call me. My Lane Bryant credit card payment has NEVER been late. I just stopped using it when my daughters grew up and left my home years ago. I will never spend a dime in there stores again because of the outright telephone abuse I have recieved from them. They call ten times a week and the times I did answer the phone there was no one on the line and they disconnected on me. Because of them I have tried to change my phone number and unlist the new number. When the calls continued I had to purchased a new phone that will block unwanted calls (Panasonic model KX-TGA106). My only conclusion after all the problems I have had with them is that "Lane Bryant must be a poorly run business" I will tell everyone who will lessen about there abuse. I wish I had never spent a dime in there store.
