Some lady named Deborah called me and said that it was very important that I call her back google says it's a cell phone number my caller ID app said that it was from IR Corp

It is a bill collector from Arapaho County Denver Colorado

This is not a telemarketer.  It is a valid collection agency.

She says her name is Debra but when I ask her where she is calling from she refuses to tell me. She is looking for my son and all I ask her is one question that she will not answer.

They leave a message stating “Good morning! This message is for ****a *****n, oh hey this is Jaylin we need to catch up. Please call me back, my direct line is (303) 317-8446” I then call back and try to find out what company this is and why they are calling, but they will not give me any information without me giving my SS#, DOB & address. I haven’t received anything in writing from said company(after doing research), I do not owe any debts. Therefore, if they aren’t willing to give me info or send anything in writing, then to me this is scam!
