This number called me saying I owed $300 on a payday loan I never applied for or received

I keep getting harrassing calls from this number. saying I owe money.  I never borrowed money and can prove it.

Ive been getting calls from this since July 2011.After applying for a pay day loan.I got my number changed and all of a sudden they called my moms number on November 23,2011 which had to be listed as a reference.The man sounds indian.He stated I got a pay day loan from them for $300.00.I called my bank and they denied that $300.00 was ever deposit into my account from anybody.The guy keeps statin he is going to file legal charges against me unless I pay the money.Im tired of the harassment and I wish it would just stop.

i got a call from this number this man have an accent and he says his name is Mr. Anderson calling from a law office.. I know this is a scam.. talked to my lawyer when he made a simsilar call last month..I hope we can stop these people..

Yes me too, Mr Anderson called me then Mr Mark Jones called me a week later saying I need to pay back my loan of 3000.00. He also said I took out 3 loans of 3000.00. I don't know what he is talking about. He keeps call my cell and my job. This is crazy how do I make it stop? I never ask for this. He said I was being sued by 100Dayloans. They call from 3 different numbers 303-351-4864, 310-227-8555, 310 933-0195. Beware of these numbers.

I have had this same issue and this time i finally argued back with this gentleman (that is being polite) and he said some really nasty rude things and kept calling me back!!!  He has called me about 7 times in the last 15 minutes!!

they keep calling my number and after being told several time to take me off the calling list the indian sounding man on the other end was very nasty and saying very nasty things...very sexual and graphic so I immediately hung up and he called back several more times.

An Indian sounding man that called himself Officer James Williams from Hopkins Lawfirm called me and left a couple of voicemails regarding a lawsuit filed against me for over $10,000. When I called him back he informed me of my SS#, place of employment, work phone and address and then proceded to tell me that I owe on a loan I never received! He said the "parent" company is Advance Cash and they have several lenders... He refused to give me the lenders name or the amount of the initial loan! He said I had two options: (1) My supervisor would be contacted, myself and my supervisor would have to appear in court. Also I would most definitely lose my job and face jail time. (2) Resolve out of court by paying $1836 TODAY via debit/credit or Western Union! He was very rude and nasty. He kept calling me names and accusing me of taking out this loan with no intention of paying it back! When I wouldn't give him the answers he wanted and would ask him for information to back up his claim he got very mad and started making more accusations and then hung up on me. Then he called back 20 minutes later accusing me of hanging up on him. He called to inform me that he just got done speaking with my supervisor. The name he gave me was not the name of any of my superiors, nor did I recognize the name and when I told him that he told me not to worry about it that she would find me! He asked me to wait on hold so that be could give me the court date, while I was on hold...he hung up on me. I stopped answering the NUMEROUS calls that followed. SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

Received calls numerous times from this number... clearly this gentleman's last name is not "Anderson", nor "Williams". This is a terrible scam. Furthermore when they do call they do not leave voicemails. When you speak to them they refuse to send anything in writing and do not follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They are clearly calling from a "call center". When calling the number back they do not answer. I am not sure where Police and Lawyers work in the same building and call people to "collect".
Now you would be on this list if in fact you ever applied for a Pay Day Loan. Your information is sent to hundreds of 3rd party sources whenever appying for a loan like this.... I have taken a Pay Day loan (terrible idea) however paid back in full.

Legally this 303-351-4864 is not allowed to conduct themselves in the way that they do... It is unjust and frankly their accusations cannot be constured as "criminal" therfore lawsuit and things of this nature make no sense... which proves further they are uniformed. They use language and bold terms to scare you into giving your CC information etc. They have your information... for example they do not even confirm that is "John Smith" is in fact "John Smith".... SCAM SCAM SCAM..... These people should be sued for violating multiple laws such as the Fair Law Credit Reporting Act, Harassment, disturbing the peace... etc etc

They need to stop calling... this is such a SCAM! Do not leave VM or nothing. Simply calls and used weird language as if they are a giverning body...

I am so tired of these people calling me. I actually got into a screaming match in my car with the gentleman who said he was "Officer" so and so. Not sure it did any good, but after getting so many repeated calls, I had enough. Many years ago, I use to work for a collections company. I am well educated about my legal rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and Fair Debt Collection Reporting Act. If they were in fact a true collections agency (which they are not), they would be more than willing to send written confirmation of the debt you owe and give you plenty of time to dispute the validity of the debt. True collection agencys who violate such acts, can be fined with heavy penalties. These people clearly want to empty your bank accounts, by scaring you. Don't fall for this!

I got a call today from this number 303-351-4864 saying their Hopkins Law Firm saying that I am being sued from financial  fraud

Major scam.  They did it to me, I screamed at them and they hung up on me!  Out of boredom I kept calling them and they would either hang up or it would go to voicemail!

I received a very disturbing collection type phone call from #303-351-4864.  He stated he was Officer Peterson and calling about a payday loan I NEVER TOOK OUT!!!  He went on and on but his accent was so hard to understand.  After he kept saying legal suit, and rambled off all my personal info, CDL#, SS#, and banking info......I told him I was contacting the local police dept and he ended the call.......SCAM SCAM SCAM

A indian accent guy say that i take out a pay day loan and he said that there was a lawsuit against me and hung up so when i call back it send ne straight to voicemail indian people are so [***] dumb at least take a office number not a magicjack cell dumb [***] ........ Scam scam scam

Same dude same story only this time they were harrassing my 12 year old son.  I told him that if he called one more time that I would turn him in for harrassment and he went off on me calling me an SOB.....I asked him if he'd like a slurpee and how much my cab fare was....apparently he didn't like the tables turned....

I finally decided to Google this 3033514864 and found all of these statements from many other unlucky receivers. Don't fall for it!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing but a scam!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me. Man with an accent left a voicemail on my cell phone that I can barely understand but stated he was an officer and I needed a call back because this was very serious and I could face serious legal crimes. I just am not calling back and if they keep harrasing I will get a lawyer.

Just called me accusing me of the same stuff.  Figured it was a scam. He told me he was from Hopkins Law Firm Arkansas. I googled them and they do not have any lawyers with that name.  How do I report them?
