  *I recognized the above number as a frequent dead-air call and answered the phone, “Hello?” without identifying the business I work for. A woman identified herself as Kat from Allstate and began to ask questions about Mr. & Mrs. Xxx’s age, driving and accident history, etc. I did not confirm or deny my relationship to the Xxxs. I told Kat that it was a bad time and I would like to call her back on the issue of insurance. She explained that she could not be reached because she was calling an outgoing line. I asked if I could contact Allstate and she gave me the Allstate number 800-255-7828.

I contacted Allstate at 800-255-7828. An agent, placed our number on Do Not Call. She will have someone call within 24 hours to hear my formal complaint about the telemarketing company that has been calling us. –st 11/17/10

We discussed the telemarketing firm that makes calls on behalf of Allstate. I gave the dates and times of the dead air calls from 303-476-9929. I explained that the 11/17/2010 caller behaved appropriately by giving me the number for Allstate, but that 2 previous calls resulted in dead air and immediate disconnects. I told Summer I wanted to file a formal complaint against the telemarketing firm for poor business practices and asked her to consider holding them accountable for this complaint.

Watch out because they also use the number 720-214-0442 which is a business called Dearborn Marketing.  When you call the 303 number (on the weekend) you get an answering machine giving the name as Boulder Calls.  Evidently, these people use a wide variety of annoying calls to everyone.  I have filed a complaint.  I have also left them a message to cease calling.

These people have been calling me for months, at almost any time of day. The latest was after 8 pm. I do not have any debts and I am on the "National Do Not Call Registry" so they should not be calling. I am very tired of this!

Caller ID used to say BOULDER CALL, but now it says Denver CO. Same number though.

i got a number from this place they're just offering a free, no-ob quote on car insurance. the lady i talked with took only 1 minute to get my info and i got a call from an agent with the quote the same day. to those worried, they're not bill collectors or selling anything, they just contact everyone in whatever area they're repping that day. if you want them to stop calling ask them to take you off the list.
