Daily calls trying to get my credit card info.  I am in the "Do Not Call" registry.  When I try to call this number back I get a recording saying it is a non-working number.  My credit card provider is not making these calls, as I have called them and asked.

yet another of the "lower your interest rate" scams. they change numbers so often it's no use to do the do not call routine. just add it to my call block list and not let it get to me.

Two calls today from this number today and I've been on the Do Not Call list for years.  First time I got someone live and told her I was filing a complaint.  Her response was "I'm very scared and shaking in my boots."

I keep getting calls from account services. I block their numbers but they always call back with new numbers. Sick and tired of them calling I tried to call them back and it said this number is not in service. when I use to answer it voice would come on say hi this is Rachel from account services there's nothing wrong with your credit blah blah blah. like I said they keep calling back with a different number

Same computer generated call (several friends--same numbers) "lower cc interest rate" push #1 for agent. When agent is told to remove my number from list, person disconnects or laughs or says "I don't care if you are on the DO NOT CALL list". Getting calls from different numbers frequently. What can I do to stop this harassment?

These assclowns use hundreds of phone numbers across dozens of exchanges.  They have effectively bypassed Do Not Call scrutiny because they operate offshore and are really good at the hit-and-run.  They make money whether you answer the phone or not, so they aren't going away (and, in fact, have been doing this for -years-.)

The only real hope is the FCC making this a priority and developing the counters to stop it.  Don't hold your breath.

consistent calling and no message if I don't pick up. Its a woman's voice saying that I can change my % rate for my credit card. And I am on the NO Call list!

Folks it's a scam. They are trying to steal credit card numbers. Of course they are not checking do-not-call!

Stop Calling!!!

Call comes from Colorado, I do not Answer calls I don't know.  They leave no message,  but call several times a week.

Everyday they call you from a different number all different times of the day this phone comes from Denver CO. zipcode 80204 county Denver time called 8:56 pm  date 03/05/2014 I'm getting sick of these calls I want it to stop.

Kept this guy on the phone for 18 minutes with bogus credit card info.  Told him he was my savior as I desperately wanted to lower the interest rate on my 11 credit cards.  This [***] took the time to take down all fake info, then came back on the line and wanted them all repeated.  Repeated every card number, transposing two numbers in each.  [***] came back on the line and asked why I was wasting his time.  Responded by telling him that his ass must be jealous by the amount of [***] coming from his mouth and that he should seriously go [***] himself.  Pretty sure I'm off their list.

My step Dad is on the do not call list and got a call from that number a minute ago.

I was able to goad my caller for a while, we went back and forth as I kept asking for his business address for verification. But then he got huffy and said it was a government program and he could disable my card for arguing with him. So I got nasty and told him that I could do some nasty and sordid things to his mother, wife and children when I found out where he lived. Yes, I was graphic and sick... but it was fun... I made him fight with me and waste time which I had all day.
