Calls twice a day indentifing them selfs as Revenue Assuarance asking me to call 1-800-615-9028.  The only other information they give is that it is a business matter.

this place calls constantly several times a day ,says they are with 1st revenue and its important that I call back,this place is nothing but a nusince

There is a lot of discussion about this company on this website.  We were just driven nuts from these people.  There is information on this site on how to get these people stopped.  You call them and then write to the Colorado Attorney General's office, we did, and finally got these creeps stopped.

Same as everyone else.  2-3 calls per day.  I have not returned any calls.  Just a nuisance for sure.

calls without identifying themselves when they leave a message to return call. they only leave an 800 number and hang up. no reason for their call. getting very annoyed with this caller.

They called me once. I let it go to voice mail. They called me another. I let it go again. They called me again I picked it up not to happy. The guy didnt' want to talk to me he wanted me to talk to my account manager.  I haven't been to school in years and paid on my own. I got mad and hung up. Called them back and asked what kind of company are you? I could hear in the background at least two people talking saying she is the person who hung up and switched me to someone else.  
Who are you? I asked. "We are calling about your student loan". I don't have a student loan. I yelled. "What are you doing calling and calling and waking people up?" "Okay, I don't know what you sleep there, but here..." I hung up letting her know what a [***] she is. God this ticks me off. This is a scam now I'm wondering what kind of greif they are going to give me.

This number keeps calling me they leave voice mails sometimes on ppl talking int he background sometimes an 800  number sometime just papers rustling.. I work nights and sleep in the day they are waking me up WHO ARE THEY?

Picked up phone, said hello 4 times, heard nothing, but faint background noise. Hung up.

Called the # back to see if it was legit.. got the ususal:
"You've reached a non-working #"

Googled the phone # to find it was a debt collection company.  I do NOT owe anyone money so they have no reason to call me!

Called & asked for someone else.  Told them they have the wrong # (this is my  personal cell phone.)

This number always calls on my cell number and after just hang up and did not leave any message.

Calls home and cell phone.  One time heard voices and papers in background, usually nothing.

I keep getting very rude calls from First Revenue Assurance stating that i owe a bill to verizon which i paid and have sent copies of my checks to both verizon and First Revenue Assurance.  The last call i got i hung up on them as the lady that was talking to me would not even let me explain that i have sent them 3 request asking them to check with verizon about the accout as it is paid in full

Keep getting calls from this number, about once a day.  I have no intentions of calling them back.  Thing is, they call my work number!  I don't understand how they could have my work number.

I called back and it gave me a different # to call so i called it and its about sexual matters, 900 number n such, any idea how to block it?

These people called me 2 weeks ago saying they represent AT&T. I told them that this is the first time I know about them (Revenue Assurance) The lady told me in Spanish: "Don't be ridiculous... we have been sending you invoices for months and now you tell me that..." She did not let me explain..I told her that I needed an invoice by fax" She told me that she woul not do that - that I had to pay "now" or "they would continue checking on my credit". I hung up and called them back to make sure this is a company"  This time another lady treat me so bad and did not let me explain... I wanted to explain that I am an AT&T customer for more than 20 years and that I did not owe anything. I questioned they way they treat clients and she told me: "You are not a client, you are a debtor, a delinquent one... The lady added: The moment you hang up I will report this to AT&T and your credit will be ruined for 7 years. I hung up - This happened two weeks ago and I received another call from them today. Of course I did not answer. If I have any balance or owe money to AT&T, believe me, I will pay directly to them.  
I hope somebody do something to stop these people....

They keep leaving messages on my office line saying they're from "First Revenue Assurance" and wanting me to call them back at 888-258-5843. I don't know what this is regarding, so I never return the call....

Keep getting calls at our business from this number. They never leave a message, and if you pick up, you get silence.

This is from a disgruntled FRA employee.  We were told to keep
calling even though the numbers were registered with the FCC
no-call list, in violation of the FCC rules.  I hated FRA.
