It is a collection agency run by the worst black men and women customer service who will do anything - legal or illegal - to collect the debt from you. I had a $329 debt that is not mine and I have proof of it. This black woman I talked to refused to accept my documentation instead of collection.

Please ask your family to avoid them and to file a complaint with the state of Colorado attorney general or your state. Plus send a cease and desist letter to them. Do not trust them in any way. I am not racist but I do hate when people use games, lies, and harassment to collect an illegal debt.

I thought poor customer service and harassing behavior had no color. I'm sure you can find individuals of any ethnic background who possess those qualities. If you're not racist, what difference does it make if they were black or not?
