- Diana RamosA voice recording stating my bankcard from HSBC if frozen to continue to reatctavate press 1 then recording state to continue press 1 again. This call came to my cell phone on 10/24/11 @ 445 am EST. The recordibg stated it from a security dept of HSBC . Dont have an account with this bank.
- Caller: HSBC bank
- jbirdGot one as well (Oct 24, 2011) 3:02am. Call HSBC Customer service instead of calling that number back.
- amandaI got a voicemail saying that my MasterCard was locked for security purposes. So I called the company that the account is held with and there was nothing on my record and it was not locked. The company thanked for me alerting them of the scam.
- DaveI just got this call at 3:30 am. I do have an HSBC account, but because it was so early in the morning, I did not press 1, and went back to sleep to deal with it in the morning. Called HSBC when I woke up, they told me it is a phishing scam, and they are aware of it. If you get the call and are an HSBC customer, DO NOT give any bank info to these people.
- anyaCalled me at 5:00am New York time and an automated message said that my card had fraud activity. I called the number back and it is clearly not my mastercard customer service number. I had to cancel and reinstate my card
- Caller: lyons corp
- sbI received a call from this number saying my account had been locked due to security purposes and to press "1". I did not do as the automated system said to. Then it disconnected. When I googled the number it came up as Lion Equity in Illinois.

- East CoastReceived a call from 303-847-4100 on 10/29/2011 at 9:36 AM ET. I am *NOT* an HSBC customer.
Phone was turned off and call rolled into voicemail. Obviously from an autodialer: After first request to "press 1" and a brief pause, it hung up. Reverse number lookup yielded three results, two company names at the same physical address:

- anonthis number called and i didnt answer. left me a 10 sec message that my debit master card had been locked. i called my bank carrier immediately (# on the back of my card) to make sure nothing was wrong and all my accounts were secured.
the representative told me "not to ever answer those calls and do not give them any details about your account info" these callers are trying to enroll you in something, hack your identity and or try to sell you stuff.
**DO NOT ANSWER THE 303-847-4100 number**
if something was seriously wrong with your account, call your bank directly to verify! - DBI got a call from 303-847-4100 today at 5:50pm. This time they claim to be one of the local credit unions (Sandia Labs) and as usual, it's the "your card has been locked out" scam. As I don't have an account with Sandia Labs and never have it was pretty obvious a scam call.
Just for fun I pressed one and when it asked for my card # I made one up. - StephanieSame as DB. Official notification from Sandia Labs Credit Union informing me that my card had been locked for security reasons and to press 1 to unlock. I've never had an account with Sandia.
- G. W.Got a call from 303-847-4100, let it go to voice mail, and an automated voice said my card from a credit union had been locked for security reasons & to press "1" immediately. Do not have a card with that credit union and I did not press "1".
- RubiMy 9 year old got a call from this phone number yesterday . I ignored it being that she obviously does not have a card. I got a call tonight saying my card was in hold and to press one. I did not call it back obviously a scam
