This company, BBC, Inc. has called me a few times the last couple of weeks, but never left a message. Today they called me two times at around 6:30am this morning. I am furious. I called back later in the morning to file a complaint. I do NOT have a tax lien or any other tax issues. I think this company is bogus. Proceed cautiously with this company.

I am on the no call list.  They called in violation to "assist" on a state tax lien.

Tax resolution - called to speak with the person in charge of State Taxes

Got message from Rebecca E re: state tax matter, asking to talk to 'appropriate person'.  Got message from 720-974-9244 2020F earlier about similar issue.
They are both in Colorado, I am in Texas. Calling our business number stating we have a state tax matter.  We don't pay state income taxes and any other taxes would come from Austin, TX, not Colorado... and they would have the name of the contact person.  Not wasting my time calling them, will answer next time and advise them referring to FCC.

IT IS FRAUD  A**HOLE!!!!NOW ON I POSTING HIS NAME  ALL OVER THE PLACE SINCE HE LIKES TO PLAY GAMES SO CAN I   ASS&HOLE

I received a call today from a man name Mark  Houston who left a message on my answer machine about me, And oweing State Taxes. I will call the State toll free number to check on this man call Mark Houston, He left his name and a toll free number  where he could be reached at 1-888-283-6541 x 255.

I did not pick up my phone when the call came in.

The caller left a voicemail referencing a person I have never heard of, saying that this was a federal tax matter and to call the person back at 888-283-6541, ext 373.  I called and was connected to a voicemail box.  I left a message stating my number, that I received an unsolicited call and that I have never done business with this company.  I then stated that I no longer wished to receive calls from this company.

I have reported this to donotcall.gov, for all the good it will do.

I received the call this morning from Russel Turner 888.283.6541 ext 403 indicating that I have a State Tax which I do and am currently working with the State of CALIFORNIA. This call came in from Colorado? I am not returning the call and will block the number.

Tax Scammers trying to take advantage of people that already have tax issues.

We received a call from this number on 11/30/15 ID'ed only as Agoura Hills, CA.  My husband answered it out of curiosity.  He was told there was a lien against our property and he told the man there are no liens against us and hung up.  The man called back instantly and told us there is a $17,000,000 lien against our property.  I laughed out loud at that!  My husband accused him of making a fraudulent claim and the man gave up.  We have never had a tax problem of any kind.  I am sure this is a scam.

Caller told me that I had a tax lien.  I do not.  What was disturbing was the caller knew the last 4 digits of my social security number.

THIS IS A SCAM.  DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THEM.  ONE OF MANY WHO WILL TRY TO GET YOU TO SEND THEM MONEY.  THEY PREY UPON THOSE WHO BELIEVE THEY ARE THE IRS.  REPORT THEM TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AT:

I don't NEED to call her back, she has NO business speaking to me and insinuating anything about my taxes.  this is a CLEAR VIOLATION of the Do Not Call Policy.

I feel this is just another Tax Scam in order to scare people, especially seniors into sending them money to avoid arrest (as they threatened a friend with) or other penalties or actions that are NOT TRUE!
