Got a call from this number. Answered it. Hang-up.

Received a call from this number but when I answered they just hung up.

I get calls from this number about every other week.  

They are always in the evening, but I have yet to get to the phone in time; I have not called it to find out who is at the number.

Student Fund Raisers from the University of Denver. They are trying to raise money to fund for their new library. They started the project without having enough capital and are now running into problems (just graduated from there that is why I know). If you call the number back you can leave a message to have yourself removed from the list.

I've been getting about one call per week, and it's always at strange hours, like a Wednesday at 8:25PM, or Sunday around 1PM.  I haven't been able to make it to the phone in time, but if I ever do, I'll be sure to update.

I did my undergrad @ Univ of Denver, and now am in my graduate program @ DU.  They call alumni looking for donations for Penrose Library to be rebuilt.  If you are not Alum, they wont call.  If they do call, they are polite.  Support our University!!

I supported the university with about $43,000 a year...I don't think they need more support

This university charges way too much money for the education you get.

It's regarding DU. They been calling and hanging up on me for at least a year. I called it back and heard this unprofessional message about a fundraiser from some kid. You're supposed to leave a message if you want more info or if you want the calls to stop. I did the latter. We'll see what happens. I'll be damned if I give DU any more money! My tuition hikes went toward the new law school building, parking structures, etc. Having them call and hang up in me doesn't make me want to give them more. Besides, no other campus organization there solicits like this. Something is fishy.

More money to unnecessarily build something else at DU? Went through 6 years of the campus being torn up on my dime, no thank you.

I'm sad to see everyone's attitude about this.  While I am not going to donate at this time, I got a pretty good education from a pretty well regarded school and am glad they are finally getting their act together in trying to do some fundraising.  I was actually surprised when I graduated that I never heard from them because I did my graduate work from an Ivy and know they IMMEDIATELY start calling looking for donations.  How much alumni supports the school counts in the rankings, too.  I'm glad the school built the law school and parking and all the infrastructure that goes into a great school.

I keep getting calls from this number, but they never leave a message?

I supported DU in the past and will continue to do so.  Last year I contributed what I could to the Library.  The students are always great on the phone -- very pleasant.   This year I couldn't and they were totally cool with it.  

I just wish they'd stop calling my cell.  I tried sending a text message to that number and it comes back as invalid.

They've never once called to see how I was doing. But they'll keep calling for money. SHAME ON YOU, DU!!
