3038942000 - India based call center person named mandy rang me and claimed she was from the Colorado Solar Initiative. If the public utility company is hiring outsourced india phone laborers to promote something, I will certainly make a point of not subscribing and not participating. Sending jobs overseas is a shameful company action. Do not trust india based call center persons. Entirely too much fraud and scam callers coming from that region of the world. Until they can get their act together and stop the scam callers whom literally ring every day, sensible Americans do not deal with india call center persons.

Caller ID said Colorado State Government but they didn't leave a message & after reading the other post I think this is just another scam spoofed called.

Received scam call indicating it was from Colorado State Government.  Solar sales - I hung up as soon as she got through the first part of the pitch.   Would never have answered if it didn't indicate it was from state offices.

Got a call showing 'CO STATE GOV' 13038942000 .

Silent hang up call probably a scam as why would Colorado Government be calling at night.
