Received a call from a woman who said my computer was running slow and she wanted me to go to my computer so she could check it.

Call shows as cell phone.  Guy has thick accent and states the computer with windows operating system is infected with virus.  Asked who he was, he said he was with Microsoft.  Told him I didn't have a windows computer and he hung up on me.  

Called, but left no message.

Lady with a strong accent called me from the number to tell me computer not running correctly and called me by name. I told her she was a scam and trying to get info she had no business with and not to call me again

Company a sham trying to get personal info.

I have received this call several times both at home and on my cell. they tell you that you reported a problem with your computer and they can fix it, all you have to do is go to your computer and let them access it. I am sick of their calls and am on the national no call list and I have reported them but they just change phone numbers. I hope there is a way to stop these people.

Just received a call from a guy who said my computer is infected. He stated that if I use Facebook and other programs that they will be corrupted. He asked me to turn on my computer to see if these files were infected and I stated to him I checked last night and nothing was wrong. He asked me two more times to turn on the computer now and check. I finally told him I am not going to and to stop calling me.

CID says UNKNOWN NAME. I don't answer those calls.
