unknown  caller  posing  as  a  law firm  on  long island , ny

Calling saying that I had a case that was being filed in court on Monday.  Gave me a case number and then started saying that the call was been federally recorded and monitored by attorneys and to not interrupt while they were reading the case against me.  I told them to send me something in writing and they could contact my attorney

Received a call on my cell phone and business line stating they were from a law firm but I could not even understand what the man was saying.  Something about some case against me....then why haven't I have received court docs yet?

Called with a indian/pakistanian accent saying his name was Kevin Spencer and I was being prosecuted in court on Friday for a payday loan I supposedly took out with a bank account I never had and told them hey thats not me so why are you calling me, but hey give me the info and I will give over to my attorney working my identity theft case. Man was irrate and crazy I never raised my voice or got crazy, but trust he did for no reason cause I told him I would notify the FTC board.

Said I had serious financial crimes and hung up or cut off. first call I recvd no one there.  Second call again same thing no answer.
