# called my cell phone, I did not answer.  When I tried to call it back I received a recording that it was a disconnected number???  How is that possible when it just called me.....huuumm.

This number called my very private, unlisted cell phone. I didn't know the number so I didn't answer it. But I did see it was from West Virginia. Thankfully, my cell phone has a block button

Called back and got same disconnect notice. Could be a Google Talk number that someone picked

Rec'd call a couple of hours ago & declined the call.

Rec'd call on cell phone yesterday. Left a voicemail. Stated they were from one of my credit card companies. Did not state which. Said that there were no problems with my account, but that they could offer me a lower interest rate. Left a call back number, but it sounds like telemarketing spam. Added the number to my reject list.

Received a call at 4;40 on Saturday on my cell. As I do not give out my # I did not answer and no message was left.

Received call, didn't answer and called back number was disconnected.

Recording about lowering my interest rate on my cc. I have 2 from 2 different companies and did not state which.

Scam do not answer ! Called my phone saying they were from a credit card company. I do not have a credit card and I asked why they were calling. The women responded "the better question is why are you picking up your phone?" Um, ok. Will report for harassment.

Left voicemail about my credit card account and lowering my interest rate. I don't have a credit card.

I missed a call from this number. I called back and said it was disconnected or no longer in service. Sounds like spam to me like everyone else is saying.

If 304-289-7889 continually keeps calling annoying and/or harassing you, try contacting the indicated telephone company (at either their business telephone number or business address) to file a complaint with their Customer Service Department on receiving such unwarranted bothersome telephone calls.  (Note:  When calling, and for any future follow-up action on your complaint, make sure to get the telephone company's employee's name handling your complaint, their direct call-back number or extension, and their Complaint ID file number concerning your notification and complaint).

Got the call on my work cell today, no one there!

they called but i got it as a missed called i did not hear it go off and it happens when im at work or at home if they call me again im going to let them know not to call me ever again if i can catch the call in time

Just received a call from them, didn't answer, they left no message.

I get a call about once or twice a week from credit card services. This time it came from this number. I decided to hold for a live person to personally request to be taken off their list before I report them. I waited about 5 min and got a person waning to lower my credit card interest. As soon as I said please take me off your list he hung up on me. That just burns me up. Next time they will be reported.

Received call from this # yesterday afternoon stating from credit card company & could lower my interest rate. Hit option #1 to speak to a representative. I asked them to remove my phone # from their list as I am registered on the Do Not Call List. Representative advised me "it's not likely" and she hung up.
