Received a call from this number at my work voice mail and it was a wired Spanish message. Scams again

same thing here and I do not speak Spanish

I just got the same call...???...

It is an office landline from Clarksburg, West Virginia...Which is in Harrison County according to the look up. But I have not discovered the business listing as of yet

This number called me. It seems like a prank but i don't know.

Not sure where they got my cell phone #. I'm thinking when I responded thru an ad on Craigslist. I just hung up when I heard a Spanish recording voice

Just got a call from this #, 6/28/2010 2:46pm. Called back, message saying that the phone does not exist.

I got the same call from this number at around 3:20 EST.  Definitely some sort of scam.  I tried to call back and it said that the number was NOT a working number. So, this has to be someone who is very crafty or very well connected.

I don't know much about Clarksburg, WV except what I just looked up online.  It is home of one of the largest Italian heritage festivals in the country and home of the FBI fingerprinting center thanks to the late great Senator Byrd who passed away this morning.

sure why not....i will join all the masses..........i got a call from them while i was at work....when i called back to see who it was....the number mysteriously isn't real.....i smell conspiracy.

recieved a call from this #at 5:34 p.m. 6/29/10 what is it?

I got a call just a moment ago and answered without checking caller ID (oops).  Message in Spanish and I only speak English.  What really makes me mad is I had just double checked all our phone numbers to make sure they were on the do no call list.  Ugh.

Saw the number and did not pick up. Called back a few minutes afterward, a recording said "your call cannot be complete, check your number and try again"

I think it's generated through online gambling sites.  I only used my real phone number once, but I got the first call shortly thereafter.  A lot of companies are based in Spanish-speaking countries, and you can easily fake a phone number.  I could be totally wrong but it's logical for me.

Are you [***]? Like there's a nationally recognised Do Not Call list....I swear...if this world weren't so naive....we'd all take Salvia/DMT and travel in space with God forever....Instead of wasting time on here being racist or intolerant or ignorant or otherwise...;)

Me too, I'm in NV., at about 3:20 pm PST. I hit the ignore button. It's done by a software program that calls random numbers. They get away with it because when you call the number back, you get nothing. They foward thier incomming calls to a disconnected number. One way to stop it from happening is to run a call firewall software, on a PDA, that has a "whitelist".

Have a missed call from this number. No voicemail left. Do Not Call List or not, there is no reason why anyone other than friends, family, and work should be calling my cell.

Same thing ... bad enough getting them in English.... now in Spanish????
