    They are a scam collections company.  There is a woman who sounds fat who goes by the alias Jane White who tries to harass people out of money.

    This person has been calling to say that I owe them money for signing up for online services which I never signed up for.  They tell me they can freeze my bank accounts.  When I call back, I'm routed to voice mail.
    Scam....don't give them money.
