Mine said the same as Aaron's, but to press 9 to speak to a rep. I asked what company he's with, and all they tell you is Card Member Services. He's trying to tell me I have a Citi card, which I don't.  I told them I don't have credit cards, and I'm turning this over to the feds, so stop calling.

I am on the do not call list. It doesn't seem to be working! I keep getting those phone calls.

The do not call list is a waste. I have been reporting card services for the past 18 months and yet they still call offering to lower my credit card interest rate .I don't carry a balance. I have blocked at least 10 of their nuber and then they will call fron another number in a different state This week they have called from va and fl.  I CAN'T STOP THEM i HAVE REPORTED THEM TWICE THE THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE (DIDN'T HELP) THIS WEEK THEY HAVE CALLED FROM VA. AND FL.
