Received a call from this phone number claiming they were the Attorney general office and had filed a suit againt our name for an outstanding pay day loan. We have never had a loan of this type. They are threatening to file court papers for the total anount due. The name of the individual calling was a paul robinson. This is a scam. Anyone else received calls like this?

This is not a debt collector, this is a scam for a payday loan. I inquired about a payday loan but never got one, this man called me on 33012 first at 6:54am then again begining at 9:22am he then proceeded to cuss out my husband and then myself, he called 21 times between 9:22am and 9:41am just to cuss us out. I called and reported him to the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission), they said he is a scam and they are going to prossicute him to the fullest if there are any other people out there he has called they want to know about it, at this time he is looking at substancial prision time. Also if you put any info out there for a payday loan contact the credit agencys and put a fraud alert on your social security number also contact your bank accounts and do the same for them, then call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 and make a report, it will add to the charges on this guy. Please know I do not take this lightly and will not stop until he is behind bars, The FTC and myself will make sure this happens so please report him if he called you.

Yes, I received several calls from this number 305-396-2602 stating that I owed $300 for a payday loan that I never received.  It worried me until I started looking scams up on the internet.....  Thank you for posting this number.  Now I feel better.

Scam,  wants money for a payday loan that I never received.

This number has called my phone and my job number back to back to back. 13 calls yesterday. Today I threatened to report him and he hung up. The calls stopped. He's using the name Sid Stuart.

Oh my gosh - they are calling my house too and stating they are from the Miami Florida Attorney General's office.  They threatened THREE TIMES to "kick my ass" for hanging up on them previously.  I kept the message on my voice mail at home.  I called the number back and somebody answered and I let them know I wasn't happy and wanted to know who they were and that's when they said the Attorney General's office of Miami.  I then got the phone # for the attorney general's office and it wasn't them because they were closed.  He was using the name Paul Robinson and gave me an address of:

Received a call from person stating that they were the FBI letting me know that someone go  a hold of my social security number and to see if I wanted they to investigate it.

Yes and the same type of claim, The creep that callls has a mexican accent. Barely understandable I've blocked the number from the first calls which were twice in 15 min the first number was 253-235-2290, the second onees 303-396-2603, two calls in firve minuts. I blocked that one also. They apparently have our SS numbers also

On 4/17 received a call from 2532352290, claiming I owed for a payday loan. Called twice in 15 min Blocked that number. Today, 4/19 got two calls in 5 min from 3053962602, from the same idiot. Same mexican voice. I;m a retiree, I need no payday loans. They apparently have our SS numbers

Got a call from 305-396-2602 today. Could hardly understand Raul. I'm reporting this. Oh yes, when the call came through it said "Private Party", then gave the number in the message. Sounded like he was threatening me?

I called and reported this number on the 19th of April. I received another call today, and am reporting it again. This time the call was something about my Social Security number. Same person, can hardly understand anything they are saying. This is going to stop!!
