called me asked my named if i was there and i answered "speaking" the the man said "ok" and hung up!

I'm having the same problem!

Got a call from this number, they asked for me by first name, then hung up, I called the number back and it said it is no longer in service, almost like a trac phone with 1 minute left on it, or whatever other gimmick they are using, don't know who, what or why they are calling and doing this.

Same here got a call today from this number and hung up

same thing happened to me I called ot and got the out ofr service message too

Got a call from them last night.  On my voicemail, there was a recording that said "please enter your conference number and press pound."  No idea what they are talking about.

Calls and asks for me, and then hangs up when I ask what this is about.  Take me off this call list, or arrest these slime balls.  They are harrassing me and I don't need this nonsense.

Got the call today. Called back and that line has been disconnected. Seems like it's only been going on for 2 weeks or so. Gets annoying.

Number appeared on caller ID, but no message was left.

They guy left a message and said his name was "Andre" and was calling about an account that was muffled.  It sounded like he said RC????

Just got the call myself on my cell phone; I did not pick up.

they're calling from bookmaker.com

I can confirm that it is Bookmaker.com.  I have asked them not to call me about 100 times.  I even got a nice follow up e-mail this time with the subject "Nice talking to you"

this is from bookmaker (online gambling website) so if you bet online and when sing up used the number they calling just give them a call (1-877-321-9466) and they wont call you again, or update your phone to a different one when loged on on their website. Hope this helps )

got a call didn't answer wasnt local no message left

Got a call from 305-459-3512, didn't answer and they left a message for me saying they had a $100 bonus for me and to call back to 866-901-6641 ext.3363. I called back and a guy with a accent said New Account and I hung up. I am pretty sure this is an offshore betting sportsbook. How do they get your name and phone number?

Received a call from this number last night.  He asked for me by name. I have caller ID and came up with the number but unknown name.  I said that she wasn't here and if I could take a message and he said no and hung up.  I called the number a little while later and said that the number had been disconnected.  What I want to know is how someone calls from a disconnected number.
