we are taking care of my mom who is elderly and they hang up- calls are a real problem

They are calling me more everyday, they do not reponse to me when I say hello. Who are these people and why are they bothering me.

Received a call from this 305-503-3900.  They said they were calling  with information for  diabetics.
We get a call from this # every day. Can't get them to stop calling

If you work for PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS, please ask them to look at the online complaints about your customer Senior Diabetic Network 305-503-3900.   They are, at the least a nuisance - and at most a Medicare fraud.  I have contacted the Delaware Consumer Protection Agency (supposed home state of Senior Diabetic Network) and the "do not call list."  My next complaints will be to the Virginia Consumer Proctection Agency (my home state) and Medicare since this company is not on their list of medical suppliers.  

Are they paying their bills?  Do you have any cause to drop them?  Please!

I received the following reply from the DOJ about 305-503-3900

Thank you for contacting the Attorney General's website. If an action does come about, we will need your complaint form on file. Please visit www.attorneygeneral.de.gov. There you will find a complaint form under guarding consumers.  Unless you have paid them money, there is nothing we can do as this is a scam. I will await your decision as to whether you file a complaint or not.

I have run out of ideas.  It is 10 am here and I already have one call from them this morning.

I never heard of these peole until today.  I hung up on the first one, assuming they were fund-raising.  Then they called again and I said it was the second call and that I do not have any money.  Now I see they are a scam, so I will just keep hanging up.  I do not have Caller-ID.  But I will continue to check online for this site I'm communicating with now.

They keep calling  - multiple times a day - more than a month - can't get them to stop calling my home

I keep getting calls from 3055033900.  I answer no one says a thing.  I hang up, then they call back.  I tried calling the number back and get a recording that this number is not a working number or has been disconnected.  How can a number get disconnected in less than 5 minutes?

They are calling every hour and then hang up, someone find them and prosecute them.

These pople call and ask personnel information about my HEATH THIS IS NOT THERE BUSSNESS AND WAS TOLD TO STOP CALLING FOE THE 2ND TIME

I called the phone company and you can block them by turning on your phone, dial *60 and follow directions. Have the number ready and this will block them.

I received 8 calls from them today between the hours of 8:32am and 4:17pm.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC.

I didn't recognize the name so I haven't answered the phone. Will answer the next time and tell them to STOP CALLING.

I just got my 4th call today too. I don't answer unknown calls but Paetec is one of our vendors so I have notified them of the complaints I see here, hopefully they can do something about it.

I received 8 calls from Epixtar today between noon and 4pm.  I was at work but was able to see who it was with the caller ID on the phone.  Today is the first time I have been contacted by them.  I don't plan to answer the phone when they call but will continue to monitor the frequency of their calls.

Paetec informs that the caller is spoofing the caller ID, an illegal practice punishable with very heavy fcc fines in addition to do-not-call violations.  Paetec has received a lot of complaints and has researched the traffic from their switches and finds that this number is not placing the calls, .... someone else is faking the caller id thru some other service provider. In order to catch this caller someone has to contact your own phone service provider ( maybe the fcc as well...) with dates and exact times of the calls.

I am in Metairie, LA. My ID says EPIXTAR. Looking up the number shows it is a cell phone in Colorado. Calls started 3 days ago. They call every couple of hours. First call today was at 9:15AM...woke me up....and next at 10:13 AM. Answer machine is on to ans at 4 or 5 rings, but ringing stops just before answer machine kicks on.

Time for Gov to get involved. This is a form or terrorism. These callers not only scam our good citizens of money, but also rob millions of their peace of mind by hijacking our phone system. How hard would it be to trace these calls, notify local police, and make arrests. Here his how you end it: A lifetime mandatory prison term when caught. Case closed. Next.
