I kept calling them back and pestering them.  They used a fake name of Raymond Jones and that he worked for the US Attorneys office. Obvious scam but the don't even mask their caller ID. They threatened to call the FBI for mr harassing them! I begged them to call them right now.

I called this number 305-507-4760 and they told me they have been trying to get a hold of me by email and called me twice. They said I owe over $5000.00 dollars to a company for a loan called CCS. They also told me if I don't show up in court they are going to send me court papers what should I do. I called them back and that is what they told me and they don't speak very good english.

Recvd same messages from 2 different "Americanized" fake names. These ppl are a scam and are not debt collectors and if u call them out on it they say they will have u arrested and they have cursed me out several times and left a message to me stating they will shove a shotgun up my a$$hole and shoot it if I do not call them back. Obviously we know no reputable company, bill collector or not, would ever speak to anyone this way or leave the types of messages they leave. Do NOT under any circumstances give them your information, they are without a doubt scammers. Apparently they get your info from websites for payday loans that you may have filled out at one point thinking it was something legit and even if you never accepted any loans like myself they claim you owe money and that they are suing you but if you ask for any paperwork they will either say they will arrest you or call your employer Bc they obviously do not have any legitimate paperwork. Don't give them the time of day unless it is to report them to the various bureaus for fraud and harassment.

I have voicemail by email which converts the message to text and they continually use the following message:
'"This message. I need you or your retained attorney off records(?) to return the call as the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Peter Emmanuel and the hotline to my division is 3055074760. I repeat it 3055074760. Do not disregard this message. Return the call now. If you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing I can do is wish you good lock as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and best of luck."

By law, they are required to notify who are they calling for, as my voicemail has no name on it, they call from this number (believe it's all through google circuits) and one in NYS with different names, but same message. These calls are getting absolutely ridiculous. At what point is someone going to crack down on them?

Mind numbing ridiculousness, same number as the above, called me, 3 or more times a day and leave a msg about me not disregarding their msg and call them asap. i usually delete it cuz i know its a scam of sorts. this time i decided to call back, and opened with, stop calling me you ridiculous DB, they said, "do you know who you are talking to" i said yea some idiot scammer, and then they jumped in saying the next call they place will be to my work place "oh no, not that" I work from home btw. and said they would prosecute me for harassment if i called them back. so i called them back and said, tell you what, you call me back i will prosecute you since, my dad is a retired cop and practicing lawyer. they hung up quickly, i called back and they wont answer now, so i hope that stopped them.

I too got a call from Raymond Jones. He started with his pitch so I interrupted him by saying "Raymond Jones, what a coinsidence I work for the law firm of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe. And I have to inform you that a lawsuit against you will be filed tommorow so I need his lawyer." He promptly called me a Jack#$%. And hung up on me. So I called him back and apologized. I asked him how much do I owe. As he began to tell me I interrupted him with. "Hey that's all good but let me tell you about a TV show I saw last night. Then I started giving him a blow by blow detail of my favorite eposoide of my favorite show. Again he called me a Jack#$% and hung up. Without missing a beat I called him back and picked up were I left off. This interchange went on for three more times. Until he said "why are you harassing me?" I said "I just wanted you to see what it was like to receive unwanted calls. He said "I will make a deal with you, I won't call you anymore and you stop calling me." I haven't heard from him in 8 months.

I just received a call from this number also.  Same b**s*** & what is strange,  the calls were also for approval for a Ppd Loan! The Federal "Do Not Call" hotline tells you NOT to call these people back, because they will hack your PHONE! :'(
I am just sick & tired of them. From what the other complaint mentioned,  that the calls were between 5am! That's ridiculous!  It's illegal to call a residence before 8am - 9pm.

    Aggravated!
