Not sure who's calling me

Kevin Jones pretends to be a lawyer.  A lawyer actually submits a debt validation letter in writing.  If it were a true lawyer he would hire a sheriff to find you and they would.  A lawyer would not call 20 times a day and raise their voice.  They would not say God Bless you Sir and Good luck.  They would not say you are getting a bench warrant and going to jail.  An old phone or payday loan bill would not constitute a criminal matter.  It would only be a civil matter. No American court would handle it.  These payday loans charge 612 per cent interest.  That is illegal!  Demand the debt validation letter!  Somehow the original debtor has sold your personal private information to these scammers. It is really scary how much personal private information they have!!!

Called and I cut her off immediately when she went into her "I'm from blah blah and you are named as a suspect in..." spiel.

Oh, before I hung up I told her that this was a [***] scam, and never call my number again, and that I was reporting this number to the police.

someone from this  number has been calling me for the past 6 months asking for a franklin romero and ive told the person they have the wrong number and perso. however, they still insist on calling me almost every other day

Two calls, about three hours apart. Same pre-recorded message. Subject claims to be Keven Smith, lawyer. Very suspicious.

This is an Indian debt collection scam, but we have been having great fun scambaiting them back.  We got an inexpensive "spoofing" app so we could disguise our phone number and called them adopting various personas who were going to pay but then for various reasons could not finish the payment.  The things they will say and do if you they think you are going to pay - I had one guy actually calling me "Grandma Eunice" (my character) and Grandma Euinice kept calling them up to chat about inane things and waste their time.  I kept a couple guys on the phone for over 30 minutes.  Or we have been calling them up and just bursting into silly songs like "Mountain Dew."  Anyway, the reactions are pretty hilarious and its so satisfying knowing we are scamming a scammer.  

This person, Bryan Jackson calls my job. These scammers use American names , the accent is as thick as mud. Please how do you stop these roaches from call your employment .always threatening and rude.

This number has called my job repeatedly and saying a case was going to be filed against me, and i was under investigation and tried to get me to verify the last four digits in my Social security number. i started asking questions  and the person on the phone started getting mad at me, aasking for my lawyer. I told them I was calling the police and if you are to take me to court, please do so. when it's real they don't call to warn you about taking you to court, they just do it.

Kevin Jones was busy so his associate Brian Jackson in is Indian Accent responded. I will be in jail at 11 am if I do not respond.

These people called me and said they were from an attorneys office and that I had collected money through an old email account and I was going to be arrested. they called before 8 on saturday morning and this is a scam!!!

Just got a recorded call from this number. Missed the guys name, but thick Indian accent telling me to call back or have my lawyer of record call him. Told me I would be sorry if not, and wished me good luck. Oh, how I wish it would have been a live person! LOL!

I also got the "you'll be sorry...good luck" line about an hour ago today. Thick indian accent...got a little gruff. Wonder what the script will be tomorrow. Seeing as how I get at least three calls a day from this number I'm sure I'll find out...

Received this call saying somebody set up a lawsuit against me, as I have received the same call several times about 3 months ago I told him i will call the police and hanged up on them, of course they have a strong indian accent.

they called me too saying i borrowed $5000 from a loan-that he couldn't name...saying it was usc filing charges of theft and theft by deception against me and i have been summoned through email, which i checked it was located in my spam folder and it was something from fedex. i have not borrowed any money from anywhere and i have a block app and put them on the list. they are scammers trying a new approach to get money.
