getting threatening calls from 305-514-0441...saying they are taking me to jail and court for not paying back a loan, but are unable to tell the loan amount or when the loan was taken out.

received the same call yesterday.....asking me to go to walmart and get green dot card for 565.00.    that they will mail receipt and i can fight to get money back.

I have been receiving these calls for about 2 months now!! Its getting out of hand!! the cops say that nothing can really be done!! but there has to be a way something can be done!! They want 10000 dollars!!! They have all my personal information.. and are harrasing my place of employment as well.. I have voicemails saved where they say my life and my sons life is at risk!! Come on really???

I am getting calls from this # 305-514-0441 said I owe them for a loan that I know nothing about.

I got a phone call from them a few hours ago. The guy called me a [***] and hung up. Said they had me on three charges for a loan i never recieved. Said I would see what would happen if i didnt handle this immediatly. They had all my personal information and my boyfriend's account number cuz i used his cuz i dont have an account.

They are a Fraud and they have used this scam on numerous people. Be firm with them and change your account information, put an alert out with the credit bureau, and block every number that they call from.

I also got a call on 3/17/2012 they were indian people i think said i would go to jail if i didnt pay over 950$ because of a loan i recieved, but i never got a loan they said they was with a law firm (bates and bank) out of miami florida I want to put these people down, I need some help tho maybee we can organize something and get a bunch of people together and catch them, maybee we can get rich doing this and put a stop to this. email me at Youngbobby489@yahoo.com  They also new everything about me even the color of my hair and thats scary, by the way i been trying to call the number back from a different phone and it rings i just had a guy pick up he said ( youve reached law firm, this is glenn how may i help you) I hung up then. The phone number they called me on when i try to use that phone there number doesnt ring it goes straight to voice mail, tells me they have blocked my number,   Do you think if I go to the feds and have them tap my phone i call them and keep them on the line, we can catch them? I believe we need a bunch of people to come together to do this, Im am sure they have made millions and i bet we can get some of that.
