Got a call from this company Legal Affidavit Processing Dept threatened that I have to pay $679.00 or I will lose my job and they are filing lawsuit which I will be arrested, his name was James Thomas and then Jack... I didn't get the last name.  He was really rude and demanding, I get phone calls from other numbers but they keep leaving messages that are annoying.  He hung up the phone when I said that I will call the loan companies he is talking about and ask if they have any information on their legal dept.  I feel he is the same person pretending to be the customer service agent, the collector and the manager sounds like the same person to me.

SCAM SCAM SCAM artist. His name is James Thomas and claims I owe several hundred dollars to his company. BEWARE!! He called my job over 65 times in 2 days. He claims to work for a place called Cash Advance Inc. Send him no money. Report him right away.

He has called me a well. Also my sister and my brother-in-law telling them that they are facing prison time for me making supposed fraudulant claims and I will lose my job and also be arrested and place in prison if I do not pay $896. I don't know who to contact but he has a lot of my personal information an will be calling me back tonight.

Keeps Calling me at work and on my cell phone telling me their is a legal matter against my social security #.

This James Thomas has called me looking for my daughter saying she got a payday loan and wasn't going to pay it back.  After getting more information from him, I called back and left a message letting them know I know they are a FRAUD and SCAM. I filed a report with ripoff.  How can people live with themselves doing this sort of thing? Scum of the earth. If anyone finds something out, let me know.

This person has called my cell phone and work. He threatned to call my director at my place of employment as wel.. I'm scared because he has very personal information about me. Does anyone know if I can take legal action?

I received a call from Officer James Thomas saying I owed money and I had to appear in front of a judge. He said I owed $500 and if I didn't pay it I owed $5000. He claims its from a pay day/cash advanced. He even called my employer trying to get ahold of me and my employer alerted me to this. I went to the police station and an office called him and he gave the officer the same story. Don't talk to this guy. I have placed credit bureau alerts and also on my bank. I even went to my bant

i just got a call from officer james thomas left a message on my answer machine saying i was in a big legal mess when i called back a mark answer then they called back with a different  name claimed they were from cash advance

keep getting calls requesting an old neighbor phone number which I don't have. How he got my number is beyond me. He won't stop calling.  Now he is claiming he is going to sue me.

This man harassed me way back in March and just started up again. This time however he called my best friend and addressed her by her maiden name ( she has been married for over 20 years) he said he was looking for me and that she was going to go to jail to if she did not cooperate. He said that I was involved in some sort of fraud activity. The last time he used the name Gent Frank Santiago. this time Agent James Thomas..both times the agent sounds like a Nigerian.

I am taking the information from this board and my own notes to my local Police Department. I urge all of you to do the same. I called the Police in March they said to just ignore the calls..but now that my friends are being contacted I know that somehow this man has hacked into an old credit application somehow...something from maybe even 20  years ago. If they have this much of our personal information who is to say that our identiity may be stolen. make us vunerable to some serious problems.

Got a call from a male with a heavy accent ...India...naming himself as Officer James Thomas. He said  he works for Legal Affidaviate Processing Department  and there was a warrant of arrest out for my husband and I for Fraud Activities...ironic... We would have to call him to resolve our action before legal actions are to be taken....really!!!!!???? if there were a warrant out already...that means legal actions were already taken....doesn't it !!!  There were voices in the background like a telemarketing room.
I plan on posting a Scam Alert on FaceBook and informing the State Police
To whom ever is reading this ...calls like this is being used on the nieve and older generation...we need to have this number disconnected and individual arrested. disconnected might only slow down the scam but at least we are being proactive on trying to stop the activity...it could be your own children, parent, grandparents !!!!
