got a missed call on this number as well; looked on other sites and many claim this caller is a scammer, and is claiming to be from Bank of America, asking for date of birth, and other personal information.

really? They have just called me saying from FIAservices (my credit card)
were asking for DOB too

He told me he is calling from FIA Card cervices
offering $500 in case of disability for 3 months .. blah blah blah....
.. and what is your DOB??
I said: send me all the information - i have to read it, and make a desicion on enrollment:
he: yes, I understand your concerns, sir, but in order to send it - i need your DOB...
.. ok..  and i am silent
he: I need your date of birth....
I: you can send it to me
he: if I send it to you, i have to make sure I am sending it to the right person...that is why i need your DOB...
I: if you have the correct name and  the correct address: - your packeges will reach the correct person, without DOB...
he: ....
anyway... he was just asking for one thing... DOB.. and his arguments did not make any sense ...

I get many calls from that number as well, gratefully there is caller ID , I simply don't pick up unknown callers
