I want the phone calls to stop they are coming three and four times a day

Keeps calling then hanging up

Im in CT that same number has been calling me!  Now they called me at 2 am in the morning.  I called back and got an answering machine stating the person can't take my call! It's got to be some kind of set up for information!  They are pissin me off

307-459-1039 called every two hours all night, also in CT. Did not answer. Calling phone co. and atty. general office today as I've been on no-call list for many years and always renew.

the same number from cheyenne wyo keeps calling here.  last night they called at 430 am 530 am and 730 am.   i also called back to see who is was and no one was there.  it just clicked off.

channel 8 reports Stonington police are investigating this problem. seems to be concentrated in that location (8:35AM).

all night no answer. wish i could call them every 2 hrs

have been calling me several times a day over the last six weeks.  called all night every two hours last night.  this needs to stop!  it's criminal!

I went to the website level3.com and called the customer service line. They told me that it is definitely one of their client's phone numbers and put me through to the fraud dept. I spoke to a lady named Mary who said that she has received numerous complaints about them (she knew the phone# before I even gave it to her) and they are working with law enforcement and the "client" to get the calls to stop. She couldn't tell me who they were but assured me that it will be resolved soon. I hope this info helps the rest of you exhausted people too.

An AT&T customer service rep cites the number is for a timeshare company in RI that had a malfunctioned auto-dialer. The number seems to no longer be in service right now but I am due for another call in approximately 15 minutes so time will tell. I hear Cheyenne, WY p.d. is working hard to make sure this stops asap. Still on the do not call list so solicitations should be cause for punishment in addition to the chronic disruption from the last couple of weeks.

getting calls in Northern Va from this number -- all hours of night.  hang up calls.  by day i MIGHT be able to ignore, but while sleeping it is tremendously disturbing

These calls are coming in at all hours -- 2:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m. on the East Coast -- and are very disturbing for those of us who already have difficulty sleeping due to illness!

I was awaken at 3:37 am and 4:28 am and 6:06 am from a phone call originating at 307-459-1039.  If you live in Arlington, Virginia, file a police report at  http://www.arlingtonva.us/departments/police/incident/new/start-report.html .  

If enough people file complaints, then on Monday morning when the police look at reports, they might do something about it.   Personnel staffing the police phone line on Saturday night told me this was our best option right now.

So please file a report!

I also called Verizon and a male operator told me he had gotten hundreds of complaints tonight but only the business office can advise.  (The business office opens at 9 am at 800-837-4966.)  He did transfer me to the repair department to see if they might know something do anything.  They informed me that since it was a long distance call, they cannot block it.  They said to call their business office and talk to someone.  I was also told to report this to my local police.  

I hope that we can all work quickly to get the Arlington police to take this seriously and get the number blocked, as it seems that they are the only ones with authority to do so.

Multiple calls, one at 3 a.m. Yeah, I need my toddler awake at 3 in the morning. Calling back to the number gets a recording that says my call cannot be completed as dialed. I am most definitely filing a complaint. I am getting a rash of similar phone calls from numbers all across the country. "Dustin Steele" and others. That "do not call" list is letting me down!

Got the calls at 3.25am and 6.15am Saturday morning as well as Friday night and Wednesday. I called verizon too, and got someone who unlike your verizon rep said he hadn't got any other complaints (!) The abusive call office isn't open until Monday morning.  I've submitted a complaint to FCC. I will take your link to Arlington police. Is this just attacking Arlington neighbors or do other people in other counties have the same problem? The first 3 numbers of my phone number seem common in Falls Church.

Same here - 3:10 am, 4:48 am, and 8:02 am this morning.  Filed police report.  Thanks for the link.
