I got a call today also from this number. I am on the do not call list too. I answered the phone but said nothing, neither did the other end of the line. They hung up then got back on the line but they did not get a dial tone because I didn't hang up. They did this two more times then my service disconnected the call.

Credit card scam.  I'm on Do Not Call List.

Everyone call (877) 299-0946 (Century Link, the provider of this number's service) and complain.....this stuff must be nipped in the bud.

File a complaint with the FTC and then call them back and let them know.  A Florida company was fined $7.5 Mil for calling people on the Do Not Call Registry.

This call was made from this number twice.  When I tried to return the call, they would not pick up.  I am on a do not call list and how they got my cell phone number I will never know.  I would like to file a  complaint against this company and the people behind these calls.

Second straight month...call from 307-857-9357, Riverton WY. Have not answered. Never received a message.

Got 8 calls today from; 307-857-9357 back-to-back, in rapid succession, no messages were left.  Caller ID is listed as "Unknown" but call trace links the owner as CenturyLink Sales. I have BLOCKED the number.

Other call check sites tell of these people as credit card scammers and worse. Never answer.   I like

I was dumb enough to answer b/c I thought it was one of my relatives in another state.  The guy sounded middle eastern and said he was with Capital One Card Services, which is who I have my credit cards with.  Said they wanted to give me a lower interest rate b/c of on time payments.  Then asked if I still owed $3500 total.  I said no, I only owe about $1,000.00 and he hung up at that exact moment.  No answer when I call back.  I hope they did not hack me somehow.  I am changing all of my passwords just in case.

Received a call from this number this morning no one was there but my Caller ID showed the name as Pertech Industries. After a Google search they look to be a company that sells printers and scanners but the reported # isn't anywhere on there website but it does there name.

Don't know how they got my # since I do not have a need for a check scanner.
