Yep, everyone, I have gotten about 20 calls in the past 2 months from the SAME EXACT GUY who can't speak or understand English!  I can barely understand him. He called me 3x this week alone!  Once today at 2:46 and yday at 11:34! When I hit answer on my cell and didn't say anything, he starts out 'Deborah, '  then I start in with WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME AGAIN! I just yesterday told you to quit and you continue to call me.' Today he just hung up but yday he said (after I told him Monday when he called to delete my number from his call list) he said it takes time to delete from their system.  Well the same freaking guy is calling me and he knows it and I know it so WTF can't he just QUIT!  I've filed 2 complaints with the FCC this week but God knows it won't help. I wish they could find this guy, the company and SHUT THEM DOWN. But first, fine this guy and throw him in jail!  Esp when he has been told DIRECTLY and live on the phone to QUIT CALLING!  I swear I'd like to get the Mafia hired to find this guy. . . see what he does then!  It bites that they can continually aggravate and annoy innocent people and their lives!  When he calls the same exact number appears: 309-518-5294 Lewistown, IL

Received a call from this number on my cell phone today about 10:49 am, did not answer call since I did not recognize number and a voicemail was not left.

This person called me at least 20 times in the past 2 month. Every time I tried to tell them that they got the wrong number but no one seems to understand anything I say.

I actually trying to call them back but voice mail keep picking up
